Good location for us visiting family member in Plaza Santa Ana. I didn't realize it was a murphy bed, but it was very comfortable. Tricky instructions to access, but good communication.

Great little apartment in the heart of Madrid

Overall this is an excellent, compact and comfortable 1 BR apartment in a great location. Perfect for a couple wanting to explore the great city of Madrid. Like all such places, it has minor blemishes and little things that could be fixed or improved, but focussing on such things would distort the impression to seem negative. I would prefer to focus on the fact that this place met our needs perfectly well and we would stay here again if we pass through Madrid again.

Lovely place

A lovely quiet place in a very convenient location in Madrid. Impeccably clean and modern room in a charming old building with a court yard. I wish the property manager communicated more about detailed information beforehand. (exact room location in the building, how to use the laundry/dryer, garbage bin etc.)

Great location, but issues

This unit was centrally located and newly equipped. However, he living room couch had broken springs and was unusable, rendering the living room pretty much useless as that was the only place to sit down other than the kitchen table. The unit has no instructions - for instance, where to put garbage and how to use appliances, and communication with the MadFlats managers was not very easy. They responded slowly, if at all via the VRBO app or email, thereby requiring a phone call every time we had a question. The check-in process was labor-intensive and way too complex. I don't know if this is a VRBO thing or a MadFlats thing but it was annoying and took away from our trip time before we arrived in Madrid.

Fantastic Apartment

Everything was as advertised. Great neighborhood on Plaza de Tirso de Molina. Close to everything! Best amenity is that TWO super markets are across the street; one open 24 hours! Very quiet for Madrid. Great shower! Will stay there again next time in Madrid!
