I rented the apartment as my husband had been admitted to Hospital Dr Negrin and I was able to walk

The apartment was spacious and secure with fantastic views of the Sea. it was very close to a big shopping mal with a very large supermarket. The walks along the beach were lovely. I didn’t need to have the windows open whilst sleeping but I imagine it would be too noisy due to the sea so perhaps the property would benefit from air conditioning in the very warm weather.

Dirty walls, dirty curtains, dirty windows, some of which could not be opened, table repaired with adesive tape and due to high huminity rust on the equipment.On the other hand an excelen location with great potential.

Die Lage des Appartments ist super aber das Objekt selbst sehr ungepflegt und lieblos eingerichtet. Die Steckdosen teilweise ohne Funktion und gefährlich locker, Smart-TV ohne Internetzugang, Kücke unzureichend ausgestattet für 4 Personen, Toaster kaputt, keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen (abgebrochene Halterung liegt lose im Badezimmer), ekelerregende Matte im Bad, beworbene private Dachterrasse nicht vorhanden, gebuchter Tiefgaragenparkplatz bestellt aber erst 2 Tage später Zugriff auf den Parkplatz bekommen, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber schlecht. In kurz: Abzocke. Finger weg.

Four day stay.

Excellent location, enjoyed watching the surfers from the apartment. Comfortable and clean. Would stay here again as our son lives nearby. Car parking was a real plus. The glass top table was a problem and the shower tray nearly flooded with each use. Notified the company who were going to sort it out.

La ubicación, impresionante las vistas. El sonido del mar. Él contar con aparcamiento en esa zona está muy bien, ya que es difícil aparcar. Buena atención por parte de la persona que nos abrió el apartamento y con la que hablamos por teléfono, muy amables y serviciales. Muebles muy antiguos, sobre todo la cocina necesita una reforma. El baño tb está regular.

This is a great place

This is a great place. The location cannot be beat, and it is spacious to accommodate our family of four (two teenagers). The security of the building is really good, and having a washer & dryer was really nice. Although the furnishing are a little dated, it is a worthy trade-off given the location, parking available on-site, and TV with Netflix, ample plugs, etc. We had a great stay!
