The Space:

Upon entering, you’re greeted by a spacious, sunlit corridor overlooking the charming communal patio of this classic central Madrid building. A convenient small toilet for guests is located in this area. At the end of the corridor, you’ll find a generous office space featuring a large desk and adorned with vintage and antique furnishings, which seamlessly blends into the rest of the apartment.



The corridor opens into a stunning living and dining area—a massive open space highlighted by two large leather sofas, stylish decor, and a grand dining table that seats up to 8 people. Expansive windows facing the building’s patio flood this area with natural light. To the right, at the end of the room, is the master bedroom. It features a king-size bed, a Smart TV with cable channels, and a wardrobe. The adjacent bathroom is equally impressive, equipped with a majestic clawfoot bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a large mirror. Both the bedroom and bathroom face the lively street, ensuring ample light and privacy with their own separate doors.



On the opposite side of the living area, a small staircase leads to the expansive kitchen. This well-designed space includes large windows and a glass door that opens to the building’s patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including an oven, washer, dryer, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. With a central cooking island and state-of-the-art appliances, it’s perfect for showcasing your culinary skills and hosting gatherings. The Neighborhood:

Chueca is Madrid's version of New York City's West Village. Home to the Gay Pride Parade that is held every year between the months of June and July. Getting Around:

Chueca metro station right next to it. Gran Via and Tribunal metro stops 5 minutes walk. Semi pedestrian streets, so no private car is suggested.

- Please note that The Deauville is located on the ground level of the building although it is higher than street level, so guest's privacy is not compromised.

- The living area and the kitchen face the interior side of the building, but the office and the bedroom face the street, so there may be some disturbance to the silence.
