Cozy newly renovated bungalow located in the heart of Maspalomas, in a very sunny and cheerful complex, just minutes from the dunes and the fabulous beach of Maspalomas.
The living room has a 50 "TV, the sofa unfolds on a very comfortable sofa bed for the third guest.
It has a small supermarket under the complex next to several restaurants
Near the complex there is a viewpoint through which you can see the wonderful landscape

It was clean. The apartment lacked some kitchen utensils, and there was no indoor dining table..1 set of bedsheets was well worn..overall it was ok..

Nicht zu empfehlen .

Es war bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Das Sofa war dreckig und die Decke darauf ebenfalls. Es gab keinen Esstisch zum frühstücken, nur draußen und da liegen immer Katzen aus der Nachbarschaft drauf. Es stinkt überall nach Katzenurin. Es fehlen diverse Küchenutensilien. Und deutsche Programme auf dem TV wurden erst nach ca. 6 Tagen installiert mit einem Zuschuss von 60 Euro unsererseits. Dann fehlen Vorhänge an den Fenstern. Man kann immer ins Apartment schauen. Keinerlei Privatsphäre. Es wurden 2 Monate gebucht und nicht einmal kam der Vermieter vorbei um mit ihm mal ein persönliches Gespräch zu führen. Das hätte alles deutlich besser laufen können. Sehr schade. Da muss der Vermieter einiges besser machen. Auf emails/Whatsapp hat er aber immer sehr freundlich geantwortet.

Excellent birthday holiday

A really lovely clean bungalow in a good central location to walk to Playa Del Ingles. A lovely walk to the beach of Maspalomas which we walked most evenings a taxi back costing between 4 or 5 euros.Also good restaurants at Faro 11. A really lovely pool and pool side bar and bars down the stairs near the supermarket I would like to return in the future as i had a really lovely birthday whilst i was here.
