Welcome to our lovely 3-bedroom house, a delightful retreat equipped with all modern conveniences and serving as an excellent base to explore the vibrant amenities of the surrounding area. And for those seeking sun and surf, the 5-star Golden Coast of Bournemouth beaches and town center are just a leisurely 20-minute stroll away.
Our property boasts a clean and vibrant ambiance, with ample outdoor space for entertaining and barbecues.

Three bedrooms offer a tranquil retreat, while 1.5 well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests. But the true highlight of our property lies outdoors, where you'll find a luxurious hot tub and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the main bedroom offering a king-size bed and an additional single bed for larger groups. The main bathroom on this floor features a bath and walk-in shower area.
Downstairs, you'll find the lounge area and kitchen dining room, which leads out to the garden where the hot tub and sauna facilities are located. Guests have exclusive access to these amenities, ensuring a private and uninterrupted experience.
Please note, the use of the hot tub incurs an additional fee of £120, payable upon arrival.
