And for those seeking sun and surf, the 5-star Golden Coast of Bournemouth beaches and town center are just a leisurely 20-minute stroll away.

Our property boasts a clean and vibrant ambiance, with ample outdoor space for entertaining and barbecues.

Step inside our charming holiday home and discover a cozy interior designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Three bedrooms offer a tranquil retreat, while 1.5 well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests. But the true highlight of our property lies outdoors, where you'll find a luxurious hot tub and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub under the stars or relaxing in the sauna, our holiday home promises the perfect blend of comfort and luxury for your dream vacation.

The property features large windows that allow ample natural light to flood the space, enhancing the bright and airy ambiance. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the main bedroom offering a king-size bed and an additional single bed for larger groups. The main bathroom on this floor features a bath and walk-in shower area.

Downstairs, you'll find the lounge area and kitchen dining room, which leads out to the garden where the hot tub and sauna facilities are located. Guests have exclusive access to these amenities, ensuring a private and uninterrupted experience.

Please note, the use of the hot tub incurs an additional fee of £120, payable upon arrival.

Brilliant Stay

We had a brilliant time over Christmas 2023. The home was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Would love to stay again. Great location too.

Tight quarters for adults

We were 6 adults. The two bedrooms with bunk beds were tiny and more suitable for children or teens. One couple ended up sleeping on the L shaped sofa in the living room. It was inconvenient that there was no hot water at the downstairs bathroom sink. Also, the towel warmer upstairs became very heated for reasons we do not understand. Could be a danger.

Great stay

House is well situated for getting into Bournemouth. Local shops around which was handy and a good choice of take aways local. House was well equipped and spacious for gathering downstairs. Having the driveway for 3 cars was really handy as well. You don’t find many properties with hot tubs at a good price and this is one of them. Hot tub was good and was really nice to have. Great house and would stay again.

Perfect for our needs

The house was great. Hot tub brilliant!! Just fab!! The house was nice and clean. Super close to shops/restaurants/busses. The host and cleaners were very accommodating to our needs. Only thing I would say - the house would benefit from more cups/plates/glasses etc. And plug sockets and mirrors close together. A few sockets didn’t work so us girls had a bit of trouble when we all wanted to do our hair. But overall it was super good value for money and a very lovely stay.

Lovely house - not such a great service

On arrival we were given the wrong access code for the key lock which meant we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the host who didn’t respond via message, the app didn’t have any contact details for him. We managed to guess the access code eventually which was lucky as the host didn’t bother to reply to me until gone 8pm. He still didn’t correct me with the code and just said he had tried to call me.. which he didn’t at all. So we lost part of our day messing around and panicking about if we were going to get in and where we would stay if not. I would recommend asking for confirmation of the access code before traveling to this property. The property itself was lovely, looks a lot better in person than the pictures and is very spacious. Hot tub and sauna made it! The location is brilliant not too far from everything and easy to get taxis/Uber. Some of the cupboards and items around the house were broken but didn’t really impact our stay at all. The host is quite strict with noise and there’s a lot of signs around the house reminding you to be respectful which is understandable however on both nights there was a lot of noise of house parties until the early hours. Cleaner arrived at 10:30 to empty the hotub, our instructions were to leave between 10:30am and 11am, however the cleaner told us it was 10am and that previous people had told him the same things. He was a lovely man, very friendly and didn’t mind us still being there at all. I asked him about the access code which confirmed to me I was given the wrong information. All in all we had a lovely time but loosing time because of the access code issue put a downer on our stay as we had bookings we needed to get to. I would recommend this property and I would stay again but I would confirm all details with the owner before traveling.
