Secluded, Gorgeous villa with private pool and tennis court

It's a double story villa, with two individual living spaces that are connected with external stairs.
It is located on a hill with a full view of the sea and picturesque sunsets. It is close to a network of islands such as Spetses, Hydra, and Poros that can be accessed from nearby ports.The villa has 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom. It also has a swimming pool, a professional tennis court with a basketball unit, two parking areas for 6 cars, a barbeque and two gardens with a waterfall.
The top part of the villa has two bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a WC, and a laundry room.
The bottom part of the villa is a separate house connected to the top part with external stone stairs that contains three bedrooms with bathrooms, a WC, a kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and another laundry room.
Each living unit is fully supplied with towels, bed sheets, shampoo, and also have Televisions and DVD players to watch movies. Outside, there is a veranda with dining area perfect for outdoor meals. There is a small sitting area on the veranda as well, where you can sit, relax and enjoy a wonderful view.
The veranda is only a few steps away from the swimming pool that is surrounded by lawn chairs and an umbrella for having fun in the sun, and cooling down. Right next to the pool there is also an outdoor shower, and in the same area, there is a large barbeque and pizza oven, with outdoor fridges and a sink. Due to increased risk of fire in the dry cliamte the barbeque and pizza oven cannot be used when there is strong wind, by law. This whole area offers a variety of activities, all taking place with a full view of the magnificent landscape.
In addition to all these, there are also two gardens on either side of the building, perfect for relaxing or taking a nap in the shade away from the sun, or for children play. In one of the gardens there is also a small waterfall that can be remote controlled, and in the other there is a seating area perfect for hiding from the sun, and playing board games or card games that are offered at the house.
Moreover, there is a professional tennis court on the bottom level that also has a basketball hoop to satisfy all of your athletic needs. Bring your gear as tennis balls and a basket balls are not provided, the court is available for use during day light hours only. There is also a bathroom in the downstairs unit close to the tennis courts that can be used after a jump in the pool or a heated tennis game.
