Private Countryside Villa with Private 10m x 4m Swimming Pool and Gardens.

You will be totally immersed in the Puglian countryside surrounded by Olive Groves, some fruit trees and calming ambiance both day and night. With our complete black-out shutters and air conditioning, you will sleep without light disturbance in the late evenings should you choose an early night, or the early mornings should you have a late night! The pool and terrace area is ideal for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner or simply relaxing with a cool drink and some snacks or freshly made Pizza from your own traditional pizza oven in "The Hut". There is also a BBQ/Braai available on the pool terrace. It is hard to find time in the day to explore the beautiful towns and villages in the region, but night time is ideal with beautifully lit streets, great atmosphere and fantastic food on offer, normally within a 15-30 minute radius of the villa.

Lovely stay, very comfortable villa

We had a lovely stay at the villa, so peaceful and a great place to relax and unwind. Annie was fantastic and provided the best welcome pack ever! Some lovely towns to visit within easy driving distance with Matera the icing on the cake. Villa was a bit isolated but great if you just want peace and quiet.

Family holiday in Puglia

Clean, spacious well equipped property in a private, rural location. Lovely pool and outside eating area. Annie was fantastic and full of helpful information and suggestions. A hire car is essential to access services and see the local area. Lovely beaches and hill-top towns within 15-45 min drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday.

Puglia the beautiful

We enjoyed our family vacation in Puglia a lot. There are so many things to see and experience. The location of the property is a bit further away in the countryside as expected, but we enjoyed the privacy and the quietness a lot. Annie, the property manager has been wonderful! Professional, helpful and available when needed.

Just wonderful

The villa is a beautiful home from home located in a peaceful tranquil setting and has been designed to take advantage of the countryside views. Pool is incredible and everything is provided that you would possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Communication with the villa owners was amazing as was the support of Annie who was on hand to answer any question we had whilst giving us real local knowledge and insight. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Southern Italy. Thank you!

Super summerhouse for families

The house is perfect for a familiy of 5-6. The pizzaoven was superfun for pizza lovers. The location was a bit far from Ceglie Messapica. Annie was absolutely wonderful. From the first meeting with a lovely welcome gift, to quick replies for any question we had, fixing "problems" asap, and just beeing so nice. Thank you so much again Annie :-) And thank you Peter & Tammie for letting us enjoy your beautiful Italian summer house.

Secluded gem ideally situated for exploring the wonders of Puglia!

It is very hard to believe that the pictures don't do this property justice! As far as you can see from the privacy of your pool is olive groves. Annie the Property Manager frequently checked-in to make sure we had everything that we could possibly need and to suggest itineraries for the day. We loved heading to local markets for our provisions (Martina Franca amazing) and to Ceglie for dinner. The villa is well provisioned including a wood grill we liked using. The only trouble we had was the difficult decision to do more regional exploration or stay and enjoy a glass of wine by the pool!

Lovely base for Puglia

Private and peaceful spot from which to explore the area. A bit of find at first (the streets sometimes to Google map are confusing) but Annie was patient and we located meet spot. Some minor issues with door knobs but Annie quickly took care. The pool was a super nice treat and we used everyday. Especially good after sightseeing in the warm bright cloudless skies. Kitchen well supplied. Annie was invaluable-thanks again. Got hot for 3 days and while AC not direct in bedrooms. Fans to move the AC air into bedrooms would be helpful. Would certainly stay again.

Secluded bliss

Clean, tidy and well equipped property situated in a very rural position amongst the ancient Olive groves in the area. Kept cool enough despite the 38 degree heat by the two aircon units. The pool is great and the pizza oven a benefit for those that can make a pizza. The local town of Ceglie is quite a surprise - it really is lovely making your way around the old town alley ways. Stumble upon the many restaurants - book ahead at weekends - and old architecture. Not the glitz of Ostuni but neither the crowds or higher prices that town attracts. The property is very secluded and very quiet - we could very faintly hear the dog barking a mile away but otherwise the hum of wild life is your backdrop. Annie the house keeper is a bible of information and help, whilst great communication with the owners leading up to the stay. It is a great choice for your holiday base in Apulia.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in ländlicher Umgebung. Die gesamte Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das WLAN fällt mehrmals täglich für einige kurze Momente aus, das sollte man wissen wenn man arbeiten möchte und online sein muss. Mobile Daten sind auf dem gesamten Gelände nicht zu empfangen. Die Küche hat alles was es braucht. BBQ und Steinofen sind in gutem Zustand. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Tolle Größe und die flache Fläche vorne eignet sich hervorragend zum Spielen für Kleinkinder, während Mama und Papa davor im Wasser stehen können! Auch Ceglia ist ein romantischer Ort mit allem was es braucht. Bars, Cafes, Einkaufen, Restaurant. Absolute Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft.

Très belle villa située au milieu d'un champ d'oliviers. Parfait pour passer des vacances au calme tout en étant à moins 15 minutes en voiture d'une ville typique, vivante et présentant tous les commerces et restaurants nécessaires.L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter une bonne partie des Pouilles. Maison très propre et bien agencée et l'accueil à l'arrivée a été très chaleureux. Annie est très attentionnée et très réactive pour nous aider à programmer nos visites. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Een fantastisch huis met geweldig zwembad! Rustig gelegen, van alle gemakken voorzien. Geweldige ontvangst door Annie en altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Communicatie vooraf met de eigenaar was ook super! Prima bedden, badkamers. Complete keuken, vaatwasser, wasmachine beschikbaar. Alles wunderbar!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Villa sehr genossen! Haus und Pool waren fantastisch, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pizzaofen und der Grill neben dem Pool waren super. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr abgelegen, dafür aber herrlich ruhig und idyllisch. Wenn man aber zurück auf der Straße ist (was etwas dauert), ist man auch in 5 Minuten in Ceglie Messapica. Ein hübscher Ort, der alles bietet. Annie ist der perfekte Ansprechpartner vor und während des Aufenthalts, tausend Dank nochmals!

Une très jolie villa

Isolée au milieu des oliviers, la villa est vraiment très agréable, bien équipée avec le BBQ, le four à pizza, des jeux pour la piscine et tout ce dont on a besoin en termes de couverts, électroménager. Le seul regret est de ne pas avoir de climatisation dans les chambres mais dans le couloir qui mène aux chambres, nous avons du laisser les portes ouvertes toutes les nuits sinon il fait très chaud dans les chambres. La communication avec Annie la property manager s'est très bien passée, nous aurions aimé avec des échanges avec Annie plus tôt (1er échange la veille de notre arrivée), elle nous a donné pas mal d'adresses mais nous avions déjà planifié nos activités, en plein été ça se remplit vite il faut anticiper.

Superbe villa au milieu des Oliviers

Cette villa moderne, au calme dans la campagne proche de Ceglie, offre tout le confort et le calme pour des vacances reposantes. Annie, chargée du contact avec les locataires, vous accueille avec gentillesse pour vous fournir toutes les infos nécessaires à un séjour réussi, sans oublier un magnifique cadeau de bienvenue sous la forme de produits régionaux. L'extérieur de la villa, conforme aux photos est absolument parfait : coin repas, salon, magnifique piscine, barbecue, four à pizza ... dans un cadre apaisant. A l'intérieur, impeccable, on trouve tout le nécessaire , comme à la maison. Climatisation dans la pièce de séjour et dans le couloir de nuit. Il faut donc laisser la porte des chambres ouverte pour en profiter. A recommander sans hésitation, pour un séjour haut de gamme, loin de la cohue mais près de tout vu sa situation centrale dans la région.

A little Palace

Het was een fantastisch verblijf, het was zoals op de foto's aangegeven.Zeer correct met beantwoorden van de berichtjes. Tot in detail werden we in de watten gelegd. Annie the housekeeper was top ze gaf erg veel informatie en had zelfs voor ons een eerste overlevingspakket bezorgd !! Hoe lekker en welgekomen was dat. Een heel tof zwembad. Een echte aanrader om Puglia te ontdekken .

My name is Peter. Myself and my wife, Tammy, purchased the property from the previous owners having rented the property ourselves and holidayed a few times in the region. We were overwhelmed by the laid-back nature of the holiday and the peace and quiet of the area. I can honestly say we completely switched-off and relaxed.

We live in Dubai and I work as a Commercial Airline Pilot there. We try visit the area as much as we can, having two young kids. I travel the world but Puglia holds a special place in my heart. We have a very committed property manager who will go to great ends to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We are very pleased to welcome you to Villa Vincenzo and would hope you would think of it as a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

This property has been completely refurbished, renovated and modernised. It was a charming place when we first rented it ourselves, but just lacked a few modernities and finesse. We hope you enjoy the result of our hard work and enjoy the peace and tranquility of Villa Vincenzo while availing of a contemporary feel to this beautiful 'old world' part of Italy.

We feel totally at ease letting our two young children wander the grounds as they are completely safe and enclosed. It is ideal for families, young and old.

For those of you into Running or Walking, the surrounding roads and lanes are pretty much empty and you can have a carefree country stroll or run without worrying about traffic.

For those of you who prefer to relax at the villa, we hope you enjoy the new 10m x 4m private swimming pool and terrace area. Villa Vincenzo is also unique in having its very own traditional pizza oven located in a separate traditional farmer's outbuilding which we named "The Hut", for your use during your stay. This is a fun activity for all the family to get together and make their own special pizza.
