Cosy, modern and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment.

Large private terrace to sunbathe and relax in complete privacy ( not overlooked by anyone ) and with excellent panoramic views to the dunes and cliffs of Playa del Castillo.

Inside the house there is a living room with a large balcony, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Upstairs you'll enjoy a 46 sq. mtr. / 500 sq. ft. private terrace facing South-West. It includes a deck floor solarium area perfect for yoga lovers or sunbathing in complete privacy. There is an outdoor hot and cold open-air shower for those warm sunny days or to refresh yourself under the starlight at night. There is also a second smaller kitchen for your convenience and a laundry corner with a washing machine to make your trip more comfortable.

Both beds are premium viscoelastic mattresses. Maximum comfort for our guests.
Bed size: King Size 200x150 cm (5’0” x 6’6”) and Queen Size 190 x150 cm (5’0” x 6’3”)

The apartment lies on the southern edge of this little fishing village, close to Playa del Castillo. It is within a short walking distance to most amenities. Local beaches, the harbour, restaurants and cafes are all within a brief walk.

In-depth Cleaning Service: We try to leave a day gap between bookings so that we can provide you with a thorough professional cleaning and disinfection service prior to your arrival.

All windows and the balcony door are screened with a thin transparent net. Open the windows day or night. No mosquitoes or flies in your apartment :-)

Great apartment

Very comfortable, clean, very well equipped apartment with a lovely roof terrace. The roof terrace has really good views in all directions, especially south towards coast. The apartment is located in a really nice building which is within easy walking distance of many nice restaurants, bars, and shops in El Cotillo.

A superb apartment!

We have just enjoyed 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. It was very well equipped, extremely comfortable and in a good location. The best feature was the roof terrace with all day sun and an outdoor, secluded shower, which we used every day. The supermarket is opposite the apartments and there are many restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Jorge, the owner was very helpful and is close by , if there are any queries. We certainly hope to return next year. We love El Cotillo!

A superior accommodation choice in El Cotillo

I spent 8 nights in rustic, little El Cotillo and Jorge’s apartment was the perfect accommodation choice. This superior holiday home is a light and airy place-to-be, and immaculately presented with many thoughtful touches. The upper terrace is a sun trap (with an outdoor shower for cooling down) and the raised deck was my favourite spot for a sundown G&T, while enjoying views over rocky terrain and the ocean. I didn’t hire a car as the supermarket is over the road and a handful of great restaurants are nearby. There are wild beaches to the south and peaceful lagoons to the north - all within walking (or hike further, if that’s your thing) distance. I can’t remember the last time I returned from a week’s holiday this rested, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit Wohlfühlgarantie

Das Appartement ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Einzigartig ist die große Dachterrasse mit Holzpodest und Außendusche (mit Warmwasser), die nicht einsehbar ist. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit und die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und die Traumstrände von El Cotillo nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Wir wollten nicht mehr nach Hause. Vielen Dank!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben 3 Wochen im Apartement in El Cotillo verbracht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Von der vollausgestattenen Küche (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Herd mit Backofen und Mikrowelle) bis hin zu einem schönen Bad und geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Auch die Terasse und Dachterasse sind hervorragend zum entspannen mit einem schönen Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Apartment in El Cotillo verbracht und wären gerne länger geblieben. Lage und Wohnung sind toll und die Ausstattung bis ins Detail super. Besonders war die windgeschützte Dachterrasse mit der Außendusche, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür und Traumstrand in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Jorge hat uns herzlich empfangen und war immer erreichbar!

Superb 2 bedroom apartment with a fantastic private roof terrace!

We enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks in Jorge and Elisabeth's beautiful apartment in El Cotillo. The apartment is superbly kitted out with the supermarket and various restaurants nearby, and benefits from a stunning roof terrace with views over the northwest coast of the island - great for sunsets! There is even a very private and enclosed outdoor shower and sun lounging area on the terrace. The apartment has all the mod cons and Jorge was on hand for any questions we had. El Cotillo is our favourite area of Fuerteventura and there is a huge amount to do, as well as just relaxing and enjoying the spectacular scenery, beaches and lagoons. We will be back! Rob & Abhi

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet. Die obere Terrasse bietet wie beschrieben einen sehr weiten Blick von den Bergen bis zur Steilküste.
