Welcome to your holiday home near Pinhal golf course, Vilamoura marina, and beaches!



This spacious 4-bedroom family villa offers home comforts with pool table, air conditioning throughout and a lovely garden. Picture yourself relaxing by the proportional pool under mature trees, enjoying charcoal BBQs after golf or beach days, or playing pool table with the family. Perfect for up to 10 adults.



Step inside to four air-conditioned bedrooms ground floor en-suite double with shower, first floor double and twin sharing pool-view terrace and shower bathroom, plus second twin with private shower plus 2 extra beds for flexibility. No holiday morning queues!



The kitchen has all appliances and utensils for family meals. The living room decorated like home has cable TV (with some English channels), Wi-Fi and sliding doors to the pool and garden. The basement entertainment room offers pool table and table football.



Guests love the shaded garden among mature trees and shrubs, lawn for kids to play safely, sun loungers, outdoor sofas, charcoal BBQ next to the outdoor dining table, and pool (heating available April-October by request, 48h notice, extra cost, weather dependent).

We had a great stay at this Villa!

The place was spotless when we arrived and we were greeted by Christina with a bag of tea, coffee, biscuits, crisps and cleaning products! The Pool came with floats for us to use and the Villa was really close to a grocery shop. No complaints at all! The location was also a 6 minute drive into Vilamoura :)

We loved our stay and did have a really great time

Perfect location in beautiful surroundings very clean villa decorated very lovely good bathrooms Requested to drop bags on day of check as we arrived at 10 and check in was 4pm to leave them while the staff prepared and cleaned. This was not possible when there was a garage/ playroom space where this could have been facilitated.

Good location, nice house and swimming pool

The location of the house was great. Just a 25 minutes walk to the beach and the harbour. Supermarkets were nearby. The house was clean and the services were great. There was a little water leak in the garage. If changes are made to the house I would prefer an open kitchen.

Villa is spacious and very clean.

A welcome bag with tea, coffee, snacks was appreciated. Cleaning materials, washing up essentials, bin bags also provided which was good. The villa is within walking distance to Vilamoura (20 mins approx) and 2 big supermarkets are about 5-10mins walking. We asked for the pool to be heated which was needed! There has been mention in other reviews about the dog barking next door. This really was not an issue (something I was concerned about beforehand)It did bark but only sometimes, not at us and not at night at all. The host was very responsive.

Please be very careful before booking this property. If it rains the water will pour through the ceilings causing severe dampness. Games room was flooded for the duration of our stay and the downstairs lights blew due to being damp which effected the electrics all week. Garden is very unkept with grass around a foot high and is covered with over grown bushes and pine needles. Our stay also encountered a falling down tree twice as high as the property into the garden. Other reviews mention a dog barking. This dog is next door and barks mornings until night daily as is constantly standing at the gate. It also barks all night long which becomes more than just annoying when trying to sleep. I would rate the property as being a good size in quite a good location but it is in need of a severe makeover both inside and out. All sofas and beds are dirty and need renewed as we all also come back covered in bites. Overall this is the worst villa i have ever booked and i have submitted my concerns to Expedia as it should not be let out to anyone the state it is in due to breaches in health and safety.

We have a family of 10. 4 kids from age 2 to 4 and they have gates for the kids, left us with a welcome basket with soap and sponges which was a very nice touch! Plenty of towels to use. The dog next door was nosy but we greeted him and he seemed to be less nosy the rest of our stay. Walkable to the beach about (25 mins), store close by, taxis available for cheap, uber eats was great and easy for our family! The hosts met us there and explained everything to us and walked us around it was a nice touch and really made us feel comfortable. Thank you

Très bon logement. Spacieux et propre. La salle de jeux au sous sol un vrai plus. Quelques éléments de la maison a réparer dommage...( comme par exemple des lattes manquantes aux volets, des serrures de portes HS). Bon rapport qualité/prix.

A casa tem uma ótima localização, tem todas as facilidades necessárias. Todas as divisões têm uma boa dimensão. A piscina fez as delicias de todos, assim como o cuidado espaço exterior. Fomos muito bem recebidos ao chegar e ainda tivemos direito a um miminho. O ar condicionado do quarto azul do primeiro andar deveria ser reposicionado, ou o armário que está encostado, pois não permite um correto arrefecimento do espaço.
