On a park of 3000 m2, enjoy the charm of a typical Breton farmhouse with all the comforts of today's services. Renovated to nine in 2017, this character house facing south with a magnificent view of the bay of Concarneau and the Glénan Archipelago, offers the calm of the countryside 5 minutes from the city center and the walled city.
By the coastal path reach the beach on foot 350 meters and Kernous beach 500 meters.

On the ground floor a warm living room overlooking the large terrace and garden, a kitchen also overlooking the terrace, a toilet, a master suite and an adjoining bathroom.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, all sea view, including a large master suite with bathroom; a double room and a twin room, a large bathroom, a separate toilet.

Breton House

A beautiful property, well maintained and in an idyllic setting. Concarneau is reachable on foot (30 minutes) and the nearby beach is a hidden gem.

Belle maison, les propriétaires et Nathalie qui s’occupe de la maison sont très sympathiques et prévenants. La vue est magnifique et l’environnement très calme. Le chemin vers la plage des quatre sardines est superbe. Seuls bémols : la connexion internet est très très lente et les matelas sont extrêmement mous.

ruhige Lage, Sicht aufs Meer, knappe zehn Minuten Fussmarsch zu einem wunderbaren, ruhigen Standstrand, da nur zu Fuss oder per Boot erreichbar. Das Haus sehr gepflegt, grosser Garten.

Maison tres bien située. Magnifique vue depuis terrasse et chambre. Centre ville proche en voiture. Quelques points d'amelioration: manque petit local pour abriter bbq, parasols.., manque un plateau de desserte. Bref, tres bien avec un bon accueil par Elodie.

Das Haus ist einmalig! Groß, sauber, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, besonders schön: die großen und modernen Badezimmer. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zur Agentur war immer sehr freundlich und informativ. Nicht zu übertreffen: die Lage! Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür; zum kleinen, feinen, vor allem nicht überlaufenen Strand sehr, sehr nah. Der Blick auch vom Haus aus, die Stimmung - zum Verlieben und Dableiben. 3 Wochen vor Ort sind leider verflogen wie nichts; die Bretagne als Urlaubsziel bietet so unendlich viel an Schönem und Interessantem: Wir kommen gerne wieder. Und dann hoffentlich ohne Corona-Einschränkungen. Aber obwohl die Bretagne während unseres Aufenthalts als Risikogebiet eingestuft wurde (Test waren übrigens negativ), fühlten wir uns jederzeit sicher. Also: Rundum traumhaft und sehr zu empfehlen - was ich vielleicht lieber nicht schreiben sollte, dann ist das Haus womöglich nicht frei, wenn wir mal wiederkommen wollen ;)

Une très agréable semaine en famille. Maison confortable et spacieuse idéalement située avec une vue magnifique sur Beig Meil. Le charme de la campagne au bord de l'océan. Nous recommandons bien sûr cet endroit pour se ressourcer.

A Beautiful Place to Stay

We were met by Isabelle’s mother with the keys to the property. She showed us around and how everything worked. The property was just as described, the were no hidden surprises, the only surprise was that it was EXACTLY as it was supposed to be, which is not always the case. Our son and his wife arrived just after us and they were as pleased with the property as we were. We spent a wonderful ten days at the property. The only downside was the weather which could have been kinder. On the good days we went out, on the bad days we stayed in and were very comfortable. As a family we all agreed that the whole experience from my initial contact with Isabelle regarding details about the property to handing back the keys was 100% positive and I would have no hesitation recommending the property to friends and family, or whoever may read this review. I would not make this statement if I didn’t mean it!

We were two couples who rented Isabelle's lovely house - modern, well-equipped, spacious, and beautiful large garden with outstanding sea view where we spent most of our time when it wasn't raining. Definitely hope to return and would recommend without hesitation!

Lovely property in a quiet elevated position with rugged bays a short walk away

Completely rebuilt in 2017 this property is immaculate, good size rooms and lovely gardens, a lovely patio for outside dining and parking for 2-3 vehicles. The city of Concarneau is 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on a bike using the old rails route that exits in the centre or for the more energetic a 40 minute walk. Good selection of bars and shops plus market days Monday & Friday
