This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Newport Beach duplex (Upper Unit) that sleeps up to 6 people maximum. Air-Conditioning Throughout! The master bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds and the second bedroom has 1 King-size bed. Living space = 1,200 square feet.
This vacation home is located 1 minute walking distance from the ocean, sand, pier, shops, restaurants, and boardwalk of Newport Beach. Partial ocean view.
Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel refrigerator, sink, microwave, range, and dishwasher). BBQ grill provided on the front balcony. Each room has Air Conditioning (AC) and ceiling fans throughout.
2 parking spaces (tandem style) on the driveway (15 feet) and in the garage (17 feet). (Right Side)
Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets will be provided free of charge. There is free WIFI, a washer/dryer in the unit, 3 TVs with cable, IPOD ready stereo system, and more.
No Smoking on property. No Pets allowed. Owner lives nearby and does not tolerate excessive noise or parties.
The beach is a safe place to spend with the family. For children the beach offers gentle shoreline to build sandcastles and nearby jetties to look for shells, crabs, and other sea life.
If you're into surfing, swimming, or bodyboarding, Newport Beach is one of the greatest beaches in Southern California.
