Suite Casaletto is immersed in the garden of the "Tenuta di Colle Mattia". Large swimming pool for exclusive use and private guests of the Estate.
Ground floor with exit to the garden, simple bright well furnished, the ceiling in wooden beams and the parquet make the environment extremely characteristic.
In the summer you can eat outside in the shade of the trees.
Tenuta Colle Mattia boasts an extension of 2 hectares with 170 olive trees. In the park there are 3 different and independent suites extremely comfortable and well furnished.

Extrêmement déçus. L'annonce informe que cette suite est à 20 minutes du centre, alors qu'en réalité c'est plutôt un trajet de 45 minutes jusqu'au centre de Rome.Ensuite, plusieurs informations essentielles ne sont pas marquées. Il y a la présence de 3 chiens dont un très grand. Une proche étant allergique aux chiens, le fait que cette information soit cachée est manifestement honteux.En plus, en sortant de notre voiture de location, le grand chien a bondi sur cette proche, provoquant une situation de panique.A la suite de nombreuses demandes de mettre les chiens ailleurs, absolument rien a été fait.A la cuisine, une énorme infestation d'insectes peut être observée. La seule explication est qu'on se trouve à la campagne, ayant habité en campagne pendant la majeure partie de ma vie, c'est la première fois de ma vie que j'assiste à cela.La porte de la salle de bain fermait pas, cela permet pas du tout d'avoir de l'intimité au sein de la suite. En plus de cela, après avoir informé la présence de fuites, nous avons remarqué que cette partie a en partie été bouchée, mais sans aucune annonce de leur part, cela veut dire qu'à notre absence, une personne peut librement entrer et sortir de notre suite.Après tous ces événements, rien a été fait, nous avons donc décidé de partir 3 nuits après, alors que la réservation était pour 10 nuits.Après notre demande de remboursement, la propriétaire a tout refusé, donc elle nous a prélevé près de 1300 pour aucune raison. A fuir.
