Charming apartment "feet in the water" with breathtaking views of St Malo, renovated in 2024.
Comprising 3 rooms facing East-South East, with a surface area of ​​approximately 75 m2, this very bright apartment can accommodate 6 people. It is composed of a large living room opening onto a large terrace with panoramic sea view, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette.
The bedding is made up of 4 single beds (size of single beds: 80x190 cm) and 1 sofa bed (140x200 cm). Single beds can be pushed together to form 1 double bed.

Linen is provided on request at the price of 20 euros/person.
Contents of 1 kit: 2 flat sheets (for single or double bed) in hotel quality polycotton + 100% cotton bath sheet and terry towel.
For any order of household linen, 2 tea towels will be provided in addition for the stay.

Appart avec vue superbe sur la plage de l'écluse. de belles promenades à pied à faire à partir du logement. découverte de la côte en voiture Fréhel, Erquy, Cancale, St Briac, etc ... ce fut parfait et avec du soleil et du vent.

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 4 dans cet appartement vaste, lumineux, bien situé et avec une vue superbe. Le sol ainsi que la salle de douche ont été refaits. Le reste date un peu mais ça reste fonctionnel. Si nous pouvons, nous aimerions beaucoup y revenir.

Appartement super bien placé avec vue dominante sur la plage de l'écluse. Dommage que l'intérieur mériterait quelques travaux de restauration: loquets de fermeture des fenêtres, moquette dans couloir et chambre, salles de bains à rafraichir .. Malgré cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec du soleil.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique devant une vue absolument splendide ! L appartement est très confortable , la terrasse immense ,la plage en bas de l immeuble ainsi que les chemins de douaniers pour toutes les promenades possibles . Tres bel appartement, une vue magnifique sur la mer et la cote, la plage au pied de l'immeuble, les commerces a 2 minutes. Seul petit bémol, l'appartement commence a vieillir et aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement.

Tout d'abord l'emplacement est idéal, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. L'appartement est meublé simplement mais il est très confotable et fonctionnel il ne manque rien.Le grand plus de cet appartement est la vue absolument magnifique sur la plage; la mer et St Malo. Il y a un accès direct à la plage.Nous avons passé une semaine en hiver avec une tempete superbe à regarder bien au chaud!!! La propriétaire est charmante et la personne chargèe de nous accueillir aussi. Nous y retournerons c'est sur!

Quelle vue !

On ne pourrait rêver meilleur situation ! Accès direct plage de l'écluse...L'on peut se promener tranquillement sur la plage, se rendre à la piscine d'eau de mer, au marché...faire ce que l'on veut, quand on veut, tellement c'est facile depuis cet appartement. Et si l'on a envie de ne rien faire ou que le temps ne s'y prête pas ou plus (temps breton ;), l'on peut simplement rester dans ce grand et confortable appartement familial où les enfants peuvent déambuler sans risquer de casser quoi que ce soit !!! Et surtout, contempler cette mer toute proche...Superbe séjour ! De plus...vous êtes bienvenus (propriétaire et accueil charmants, arrangeants et disponibles). On était bien. Merci. Famille P-G
