Welcome to the hottest little beach town on 30A

Vitamin Sea, located at 75 York Lane, is a beautiful new townhome in the exquisite community of Prominence, one of the hottest, new luxury beach communities on 30A to spend a vacation.
This rental property has three beautifully furnished bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and is perfect for families big or small. Vitamin Sea features elegant accommodations with an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Downstairs you will find a gourmet kitchen with seating for ten, and a generous living area with a large flat-screen TV and oversized, comfortable sofa. Upstairs are the living quarters that includes a spacious and luxurious master suite with a private bathroom. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with twin over full bunk with trundle bed underneath. These two rooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, and all bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with Netflix access. This home has been expertly decorated with custom finishes and top of the line appliances, including a washer and dryer for all your laundering needs. Vitamin Sea offers all the conveniences of a “home-away-from-home” with the splendor of upscale living.
Also provided in the attached garage are 4 bikes, a large and small cooler, sand toys, three boogie boards and six beach chairs with an umbrella and six passenger golf cart
Guests will thoroughly enjoy what the Prominence community has to offer; boasting open green spaces, and a large 5,000 sq. ft. zero-entry resort pool with cabanas, a grilling area and eating pavilion. Active vacationers can take advantage of the Fitness Center and over 17 miles of bike paths! There are two beach access points less than a mile from the property, which are easily accessible by a leisurely bike ride or the provided shuttle 9 AM - 4 PM (during certain months).
This hip location is just steps away from ‘The Big Chill “ a new family hotspot for entertainment, sporting events, and concerts, featuring an outdoor amphitheater with a 25-foot cinema screen, where you can catch a game or a movie with the family. Entertainment is offered here most nights in-season! Multiple culinary delights are just a step away – such as tasty tacos, burgers, chicken, spirits, and ice cream. There are also amazing boutiques for shopping or just browsing. Prominence even has its own General Store, Hughley's, where you will find a variety of sundries, wines, snacks and more!

Prominence has a large community pool with arching fountains, zero entry for the little ones, and lush palm trees for that tropical feel. Feel free to cook up a delicious meal at the large summer kitchen by the pool after you work up a sweat in the complimentary fitness center located poolside. Prominence is a short bike ride away from the beach.

Please note :
This location is perfect for those looking to relax while still enjoying your 30A vacation. When you're ready to go out to dinner, to listen to live music, or shop, just walk across the street to Big Chill is one of the hottest locations for fun on 30A. The Big Chill has a full stage with plasma big screen, green grass with chairs and sofas to kickback and watch live music or a ballgame! The Big Chill offers numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ and so much more. They have developed a lifestyle center and have salons, bike rentals, locally owned boutiques shopping and planned activities for both adults and children. Prominence is located on Florida’s beautiful Scenic Highway 30A, with the bike trail providing easy access to the beach, Seaside, multiple state forests, golf courses and more!

Beach Access to the West:

Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes distance to the beach.

Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the closest beach access to Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a very small pay parking area with bathroom access. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is also a Walton County beach access near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. This is one of the scheduled stops for the Prominence shuttle. Bathrooms and parking are available at the Santa Clara access. Remember if you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Beach Access to the East:

Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower to wash off if needed.

Gulf Lakes - Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed if you don’t pay attention. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.

We loved this home as it was super clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, had awesome bedding and was convenient to everything. We biked everyday to both the beach and Seacrest/Rosemary areas and felt the location of Prominence was perfect. Wish they had private beach access but overall that wasn’t a problem. Lissette (owner) was so involved and accessible - we had questions about which beaches to hit and she got right back to us with all sorts of great tips. The house was beautiful and the development was lovely. Beds were super comfy and everything we needed was right there - beach chairs and toys, bikes, even a wagon! A Perfect Vacation Home

Vitamin Sea surpassed our expectations in every way. It’s beautifully appointed, comfortable, has plenty of space, and has everything you could need for a week-long stay. It’s close to the Prominence community pool and across the street from The Hub, so we could walk easily to either. Beach-wise, it’s about a 10-minute drive to the nearest beach, and equidistant to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Lissette was very helpful and responsive, and we look forward to returning to Vitamin Sea again soon!

The best of Prominence!!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time at Vitamin Sea! Everything was so clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. We were so grateful for the golf cart, beach chairs, extra cooler, and sand toys in the garage! We love how close the unit is to the pool, and also how the patio is in a nice, non-wooded part of Prominence! We enjoyed coffee and wine on the patio every morning and night. Not much needed - all there!

I love when we travel as a family and we stay somewhere that has everything we would want/need. Toys, games, beach items, toiletries etc they have it all covered. The house was clean and fully updated. Beds comfy. Kitchen fully stocked. Golf cart was a lot of fun and the location was just about as good as it gets for not being beach front. The neighborhood pool was also really great- especially for young families. Thanks for sharing your home- we had a great time.

Beautiful home

My family stayed for a week in this beautiful home. It's very spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed provided for us. It was wonderful having beach toys, chairs and umbrellas and plenty of towels. The pool was beautiful as well. We did not use the shuttle to go the beach, but we did drive. It was about a 5 minute drive for us. We really enjoyed having The Hub across the street as well, with plenty of food options and cute little shops. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Vitamin Sea Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Vitamin Sea in Prominence. We had everything we needed at their condo! We rode bikes daily and the kids especially loved that at night. The golf cart was especially helpful in getting to and from the beach. We would stay at the beach most of the day and head over to The Big Chill where we had great food with a laid back environment. Lissette was so nice and great to communicate with. We would definitely choose their home again! 10/10

This 30A Vacation home is amazing!! Lissette the owner is so sweet and was always available for any questions we had regarding food, golf cart rentals, beach access etc. This was the first time my family stayed in a beach house with no ocean view and I didn't even miss an ocean view because the house was so amazing! Vitamin Sea is the cleanest and most beautifully decorated home with everything you need in the kitchen and in garage for beach fun! The pool is very close and walking distance. The Hub across the street is walking distance as well and has a wonderful variety of food to satisfy everyone! Also has fun shops and great nightlife and very family oriented. Can't wait to bring my family back to Vitamin Sea!!

More Vitamin Sea please!

I have been coming to 30A for over 20 years now. This has been one of our favorite places to stay so far. The place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our two teenage boys. Having access to the golf cart and being able to get around everywhere, especially to the beach was so fun. And not having to rent bikes for all four of us, huge money saver. We brought beach chairs, coolers, and everything down with us, but honestly, we wouldn’t even have had to, as they had that all there for us to share. The homeowners went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. Thank you for truly opening up your beautiful home so me and my family could make wonderful memories!

Super nice, extremely well kept, right across the street from the big chill. Easy to walk to, bike or golf cart to. The condo had everything and more that we would need. Lots of codes to keep up with. I created a notepad shortcut on my phone to share with my group with all the codes/wifi etc so you wouldn't have to thumb thru All the paragraphs. I didn't realize you cannot drive thru 30a and not see the ocean,At least the beaches we visited. It's more about the little shops and get together atmosphere. Vitamin Sea is the Perfect Beach House!

My family rents a house on every vacation we take and I can honestly say this house was perfect! Lisette has thought of everything! The house is beautifully decorated- the pictures don’t do it justice. We had every amenity of home and was House was super clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed to make a meal. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our time at the beach (beach towels, cooler with wheels, beach umbrellas......everything!). No need to rent bicycles for the week because this house came with bikes for everyone, which we used everyday. Lisette was so easy to work with and there were no surprises. We will definitely be staying at Vitamin Sea on our next trip to 30-A.

Vitamin Sea Vacation

We just had a great stay at Lissette's property, Vitamin Sea! We traveled with a family of 4 and had more than enough room for everyone. Property was extremely clean and Lissette/Owner was very communicative throughout our entire trip for any questions we had which was great as it was our first time in 30A. We brought all sorts of kitchen things to cook with but didn't need any of it! The kitchen was stocked with any spices you would need to cook for a family. The townhome community was beautiful, quiet & very well maintained. Kids LOVED the large pool which was also very clean. The golf cart was also a huge hit with the family as we barely used our vehicle the whole trip and took the golf cart almost everywhere. Only thing to keep in mind with this location is that the beach is not within walking distance. No issue to our family as Regional Access Inlet Beach was a couple miles drive away and was never busy and a beautiful beach with nice parking. Overall, 5 star review, would recommend anyone to stay here.

Upscale Beach House!!

Impeccable beach house with anything and everything you could possibly need. We were super happy with the cleanliness and the extra special touches that this house had to make our stay with family, enjoyable. Toys, extra blankets and tons of extras in the kitchen. The entire house smelled FABULOUS during our whole stay. I know this sounds weird, but for someone who can’t stand stinky smells or old wet smells, this was a huge plus, because every room was so clean and had either scented oil sticks or a plug-in, which always had a light fresh scent making the house smell so good. Again. lots and lots of little extra things made this a most enjoyable stay. Lissette is truly a fantastic host. She made everything super easy and was just a phone call away if we needed her. We will definitely be back in the future!!!!

Lissette is the very best!!

We had an amazing experience here! We have been going to the Florida panhandle for as long as I can remember and this is by far the best time we have ever had. My wife and three kids (4, 8, and 11) all agree. The condo was absolutely amazing. You can tell that Lissette is doing everything possible to make sure you have a great vacation. There are chairs, wagons, sand toys, umbrellas, bikes for everyone in the family... I have absolutely ZERO complaints. I recommend 10/10. The Hub was fun every night of the week. Also while it was 4th of July week it wasn’t as crowded as we would have imagined. Beach access was great and if you get there early enough you’ll find no problem finding a parking spot. We will be back every year, hopefully multiple times a year. If you are trying to pick where to stay, Lissette is the tie breaker. SHE IS THE BEST.

My husband and I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to have been to many places within the US and abroad, but no matter where we go we always say that our resting spot will be 30A. We love the area and the kind residents.

The best part about Prominence is The Hub. This is our town center which has eateries, shopping, outdoor amphitheater with free music and big screen football games for viewing. You certainly don't have to go far to have fun!
