Practical ground floor house located in a very quiet area of l'Escala.

It has a wonderful barbecue located in the garden where you can spend much of the day and combine with the comings and goings to cool off in the community pool.

And only 10 minutes walk from the center and the beach !!!

From wide sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. Nous avons passé une semaine à 5 et nous sommes plutôt content du séjour. La maison est quelque peu excentrée du centre ville ce qui nous convenait parfaitement car le quartier est plutôt calme. La maison ne donnant pas directement sur la piscine (1 minute à pied), nous n'avons pas souffert du bruit de celle ci. Seul le ramassage des poubelles était un peu bruyant La maison en elle même est fonctionnelle mais assez sommaire : Vaisselle limitée, matelas très inconfortables, propreté moyenne (ménage fait un peu à l'arrache). Rien qui nous ait gâché nos vacances mais c'est dommage car ces quelques détails réglés rendraient l’expérience beaucoup plus agréables. Pour le reste la maison est tout de même très sympa, plutôt spacieuse et bien agencée, avec terrasse et barbecue et un accès à une belle piscine communautaire. Le ménage de fin de séjour est inclus et il y a possibilité de louer des draps et serviettes à un prix raisonnable. Agence fort sympathique. Le tout pour un prix plus que correct comparé à un bien équivalent à l'Escala.

Petite maison fonctionnelle Ménage très mal fait. Maison près des poubelles donc le ramassage bruyant en pleine nuit. Pas de clim ce qui fait qu'avec la canicule c'est irrespirable.

Bei Ankunft in dem Ferienhaus war dieses sehr schmutzig und wohl schon einige Zeit nicht mehr geputzt worden.Die Bettwäsche war voller Haare und gelber Flecken von irgendwelchen Vormietern, in den Schränken war ein starker modriger Geruch. Die Möbel und die Küche sind stark abgewohnt.Das komplette Geschirr ist klebrig und fettig gewesen,wir mussten erstmal 3 Stunden das Haus putzen und die Küche inkl. Geschirr abwaschen um es wohnhaft zu machen. Das Badezimmer war gerade noch in einem akzeptablen Zustand,wobei das Fenster starken Schimmelbefall hat.Man sollte verlangen können, daß ein Ferienhaus im sauberen, wohnhaften Zustand übergeben wird und nicht erst noch 3(!) Stunden geputzt werden muss- zumal die Miete (für dieses Haus) zuzügl. Reinigung ein erhelblicher Preis darstellt, für den auch gearbeitet werden muss!Die Couch sollte dringend erneuert werden,unter den Betten die ihre besten Zeiten gesehen haben, lag dicker Staub.Das Badezimmer ist im stylischen Look der 60er-Jahre stehengeblieben - dementsprechend auch der Zustand von Waschbecken, Stand WC und Wanne nebst massiv verschimmeltem Fenster.

Buenos días Disculpe si ha encontrado la casa en estas condiciones. Es la primera noticia que tengo al respecto. Siempre, nosotros verificamos la casa antes de su llegada y no encuentre estas cosas que me dice. De todas maneras para que podamos actuar y usted no tengan que limpiar, si nos lo comunica cuando encuentra, cualquier cosa que no se de su agrado, nosotros estaremos encantados de revisarlo junto a ustedes y hacer lo necesario para que ustedes pase una muy buenas vacaciones.Es una lastima que el tiempo que es estuvieron aquí,, estuvo lloviendo, pero esperamos que la próxima vez, las cosas vayan mejor. Gracias por su ayuda, siempre intentaremos mejorar. Un saludo Eva
