Modern villa with private pool for up to 4 people at the Salobre Golf Resort in the sunny south of Gran Canaria. The golf complex is located in a privileged location to the south of the islands, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.



The house



The villa with large glass windows offers a beautiful view of the golf course. The timeless design and the beautiful location offer the best conditions for a great holiday. Upstairs is 1 double bedroom with access to the terrace and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and blender. For entertainment guests have Internet (WIFI) and satellite TV.



The outdoor area



The beautiful outdoor area is perfect for relaxing. The outdoor area has a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, garden and swimming pool.
