Holiday cottage with a whirlpool located in the first row to the ocean with a unique panoramic view of Flensborg Fjord. Approx. 25 metres to the beach and approx. 200 metres from the marina where you can rent boats. The house was built in a very luxurious style and is located in a scenic, hilly area. Approx. 6 km to 18 holes golf course. Approx. 3 km to Gråsten and 14 km to Sønderborg with the old mill, Dybbøl Mølle. Approx. 14 km to the Danish/German border. The science park Danfoss Universe is approx. 30 km from the house.
