Ground Floor Beachfront Suite - Sleeps 5 - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

'Gulls Just Want To Have Fun' is what we call this beachy oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to five people by way of a queen size bed, a pull-out and a rollaway twin, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Unit 116 "Gulls Just Want to Have Fun" features the convenience of the ground floor, and the benefit of an open living area.



The oceanside features a queen-sized sleeper sofa that tucks away, giving you and your family a comfortable space to relax and watch the waves. Open those large oceanfront windows, step out onto the grassy patio and snap a sunset photo with your smart phone. 



The full kitchen is appointed with everything you need for some home cooking. But if you're not into baking while vacationing, there is Kyllo's Restaurant right next door. 



No. 116 Gulls Just Want to Have Fun was completely remodeled in March 2018. It has brand new carpet, a new sleeper-sofa, new twin rollaway and many fresh amenities. There are communicating doors that separate the oceanfront suite from the master bedroom, allowing privacy between two sleeping areas. No. 116 was formerly nicknamed "Sharks & Rec" prior to its recent ownership change. 



This condo can sleep five vacationers: two on the queen bed in the bedroom, two on the sofa-bed, and one on the twin rollaway.  It's perfect for families of up to 5, and a great choice if your kids would rather not share a bed!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
