The house is located in the Maddalena Peninsula, a naturalistic pearl of the Syracusan territory, which faces the island of Ortigia and overlooks the protected marine area of Plemmirio. Suitable for nature lovers, it combines the tranquility of the countryside with the beautiful sea.
The pleasantly furnished apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a spacious and bright living room with two single sofa beds and a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. The living room overlooks a large balcony from which you can enjoy the landscape of Plemmirio, suitable for enjoying moments of relaxation.
An ideal starting point for visits to the main sites of Eastern Sicily, it is only nine kilometers from the center of Syracuse and ten kilometers from the Siracusa - Gela motorway.
