New studio recently built, is located in a family house in Zambrattia that also offers other apartments. A few steps from the sea and the beach, the accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor, free private parking in front of the house. The studio has a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining table, air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV, terrace with table and chairs. The kind customers can use in sharing the large terrace with direct sea view over the private terrace in front of the apartment and the barbecue.

At 150 m there is a small grocery store, while at 200 m you will find the fishmonger, bakery, various bars near the beach where you can enjoy a good coffee, drinks, or fast food while admiring the sea. In the village there are several typical Istrian restaurants offering menus of fresh fish, meat, antipasti, risotto and more.

In Zambrattia there is a wide choice of beaches: sandy, ideal for children and families where it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and deckchairs, rocky and uncrowded natural beaches for those who love tranquility and swimming, there are also small beaches with gravel it is enough to leave a few hundred meters along the coast.

The city center of Umag is only 4 km far from the town (approx. 5 minutes by car).

The city of Umag offers countless events and evenings during the summer months, for the young public there are various festivals, open-air concerts and clubbing that during the Umag tennis tournament in Umag intensify.

For families with children parks and beaches suitable for children, in the center of Umag the playground, stalls, games room for children "Play & fun", many interesting trips by coach or boat can book on arrival or during your stay at the Trevitours agency.

Gute, aufmerksame Betreuung und schöne Lage. Es fehlte nichts bis auf das SAT-TV. Wir haben leider einige Fußbalspiele der deutschen Nationalmanschaft verpasst. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderbare Lage

Die Lage ist perfekt , einfach über die Straße gehen und schon ist man am Strand. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Kaufland, Konzum sind in ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Check-in hat wunderbar geklappt und die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich! Die Gastgeber haben schon vor unserer Anreise alle Fragen zur Ausstattung der Unterkunft beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist aber leider keine Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und kein Backofen vorhanden. Trotzdem können wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und vielleicht sehen wir uns ja wieder=) Danke

Eine superschöne Ferienwoche

Das Studio ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, so wie wir uns es gewünscht haben. Der kleine Ort am Meer hat uns gut gefallen, weg vom großen Trubel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, man kann immer zu ihnen kommen, wenn man eine Beratung braucht. Immer gerne wieder.
