About this property

New apartment with terrace overlooking the gulf 200 meters from the sea.

Lovely newly renovated apartment in the very first hill of Alassio. The house is located 220 meters from the beach, easily reachable in 10 minutes on foot along a panoramic mule track that starts from the Via Aurelia and continues past the house to the small and pretty village of Solva. The house consists of a double bedroom, a second double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, large hallway and fenestrated bathroom. It also has a large terrace where you can dine and relax while admiring the view of the Gulf of Alassio. The house, the furniture and the appliances are completely new, it has air conditioning and, despite being in a very quiet area, it is placed in a strategic position, near the most famous restaurants, ten minutes walk from the center and from the most beautiful beach of Alassio. A private parking space is available for a small car. Alternatively, private parking space for € 10 per day. TV. Washing machine. Air conditioning. Dishwasher.
We require a security deposit of 500 euros (check or cash) at check in which will be returned upon check out.

Wonderful Stay in Alassio

We had a really wonderful stay in this spacious and beautifully furnished apartment. As a family of four, we felt completely at home – there was plenty of space for everyone, and everything we needed was provided. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and located in a quiet and convenient area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!

We felt welcome from the first minute

Thanks to Claudia and Ivan for giving us a great vacation. We felt welcome from the first minute—a great apartment with all the facilities needed and the environment for a good sleep. The location was great. At the foot of a mountain; a perfect starting point for a bike ride in the mountains where you ride on quiet roads through small villages with cafes when you need a break. Just continue the Via Solva uphill. Or for a walk. There are also lots of opportunities for a walk in nature nearby. End then close to town and the beach. Alassio is a great town with a beautiful beach, a lot of shopping possibilities and great restaurants. Ivan helped us contact Bagni Marcella, where we rented sunbeds and an umbrella. The public beaches in Alassio are very limited, so you need to rent sunbeds. Ivan also arranged for a car park that was a couple-of-minutes-walk away. Thanks!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit Kind

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für schöne Ferien braucht. Unsere 5 jährige Enkelin hatte viel Platz in der Wohnung und auf der großen Terrasse zum Spielen. Genial war der Meeblick!! Der Weg zum Strand war trotz steilem Pfad kein Problem. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und Elisa lief unkompliziert, allen waren sehr freundlich. Danke nochmal!!

Wunderschöne Herbstferien

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm. Wichtige Informationen und eine ausführliche Wegbeschreibung wurden mitgeteilt. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern freundlich willkommen geheißen und es gab bei der Anreise am Sonntag sogar ein kleines Lebensmittelpaket für das erste Abendessen und das Frühstück. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Strand und die Stadt waren fußläufig erreichbar. In der Wohnung gab es sogar Strandtücher und Strandspielzeug für die Kinder. Wir haben unsere sonnigen Herbstferien in Alassio sehr genossen .

Fantastisches Apartment

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Ivan und Claudia gehabt! Zur Begrüßung stand ein Korb mit Leckereien und Bio Gemüse bereit, sofern man nicht mehr ausgehen will, war für die erste Mahlzeit gesorgt !! Alle wichtigen Informationen haben wir vorab bekommen. Den größeren Parkplatz zu buchen hat problemlos geklappt, obwohl wir das Auto sowieso nicht gebraucht haben, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar! Die Wohnung ist toll, alles neu, sehr sauber, Küche gut ausgerüstet, sogar Badetücher lagen bereit. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Claudia und Ivan und natürlich auch Elisa für den Empfang.

Schönes modernes Appartement in Meeresnähe

Neues, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattes Appartement (Küchenutensilien, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Strandtücher,...). Einfache, schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermieter: innen. Weniger als zehn Minuten zum schönen Strand von Alassio über einen steilen "Eselspfad".

Entspannung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut war, dass sie eine Klimaanlage hat, die für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt hat. Durch gut isolierte Fenster war es sehr ruhig. Der FußWeg zum öffentlichen Strand ist zwar etwas steil, dauerte aber nur 10 Minuten. Vielen Dank!

Al nostro arrivo Claudia ci ha accolto con un cesto di benvenuto, con all’Interno tutto ciò che poteva servire per fare colazione e per pranzare il giorno successivo. La casa molto pulita e munita di tutti i comfort.. il pezzo forte della casa e il terrazzo, con una vista fantastica sul mare!!! In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare , la zona è tranquilla ed arieggiata . Torneremo sicuramente!!! Grazie di tutto

From Germany: The apartment was fine and the location was okay. By this I mean the view and the environment. But that also stops our positive experience with the object. For families with children as well as people who are difficult to walk (possibly older ones), I consider the apartment unsuitable. This is related to the parking lot. It is not correct to designate this parking space as a parking space. This is a pure lure. In the rating of August 2018 stands for medium/small cars. The footprint is not even sufficient for a car of the size Opel Astra, Ford Focus, Skoda Octavia, VW Golf. When trying to check the footprint, the front wheels are twisted because it is too narrow and too steep. Our car was damaged. The alternative pitch, however, is 750 steps away, via a steep steppath. And guests who travel from further on or have children are unlikely to come with a small car size Fiat Cinquecento. But that was then kept to me. Furthermore, the organisation of the landlords was deficient. Only a few hours before the day of arrival to the holiday destination we received an email requesting data from us. Also concerned key collection. But this email came too late. You don't register that anymore. If there had been a delay on the way, we would have had to spend the first night in the car. And to the damage to the car came only the remark, the landlords have no to do with it. But for us as a criterion was a pitch, because it is very difficult there. Just because a parking space is designated, we became aware of the object. And now have a damage of several hundred euros.

Good morning Frank. I answer point by point. PARKING: almost all of your review is dedicated to parking! I start from the assumption that in the advertisement of my accommodation it is well specified that there is a space for a small car and alternatively a place with a special agreement at 10 euros per day. You arrived with your big car, you were CLEARLY told that you could not park because it was impossible, you refused the agreed place and as soon as we left you tried to park and you damaged the car and I am very sorry but I'm not responsible for it. You then used the parking and refused to pay! You also occupied a private parking space and we had to come at midnight to show you the parking! As for the ladder from the parking lot, it is a short and pleasant shortcut that can be covered in a few minutes without effort. You are probably wrong to come to Liguria characterized by these pleasant streets. WELCOME: we have sent you more emails and messages up to the day before your arrival to organize your welcome that you have not read and that you showed up very late without notifying! I believe this review is dictated by your anger at the damage to the car you got yourself despite our warnings. it is sufficient to see the reviews of other guests on this site and the many on …bnb all 5 stars and almost all of families with children. For me the holiday home is a passion and not a profession and my satisfaction is the well-being of my guests. A big hug from Ivan and Claudia with the advice to enjoy life a little more.

Appartamento bellissimo, sopra le aspettative

L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato quest'anno, arredamento moderno e al contempo pratico. Dispone di posto auto privato (per auto medio/piccole) e di una bellissima area esterna recintata, con vista mare e tavolo per pasteggiare, perfetta per bambini. Aria condizionata, anche se l'ottima esposizione limita l'esposizione alla luce diretta del sole. Super attrezzato per famiglie con bambini piccoli: cameretta dedicata con letto a castello (terzo letto estraibile!) e lettino da campeggio (tutto nuovo!), seggiolone ed anche seggiolino da tavolo (e qualche libro e fogli per disegnare...). Ampio bagno moderno, dotato di lavatrice e tantissimi asciugamani e teli mare, detersivi e guanti per la pulizia e persino i cerotti per i bimbi!!! Cucina super attrezzata, servizio piatti e bicchieri per 12 persone, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie Rex con appositi detersivi, frigorifero e freezer grandissimi, tovaglia, tovagliette per colazione, canovacci, pattine, moka per caffè con tanto di scorta di caffè "Vergnani"... Divano letto in soggiorno comodissimo e praticissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Sopra le aspettative, un esempio che tutti i liguri dovrebbero seguire... Complimenti davvero!!!
