The ground floor of the villa is a separate unit and was completely renovated in 2017. New beds, walls, floors, bathrooms and a fully new equipped kitchen and airco will help you to get the ' feel good ' feeling to the fullest. There is a modern interior and a new spacious terrasse was added in the spring of 2018. The windows and french window doors in living- kitchen were renewed in 2021.
The swimming pool in common with the upper floor owner offers refreshing moments.
A 10 minute walk gets you to the Centre of Céret with it's fabulous museum of modern art.

the house was built in 1971
Our parents decided to retire in the South of France and bought this paradise in 1992
Since spring 2017 two of the kids decided to take care of the property as a home for our sister and brother in law, and for us as a vacation home

What makes this property unique
With the renovation we gave the house a face lift. Light and space replaces the old 'brown french' feeling.
In spring 2018 a large terrasse was added to the house for more comfort.
The swimming pool is in the middle of the garden followed by a olive and fruit garden.
