Beautifully appointed first-floor condo featuring three bedrooms and two baths. Two bedrooms have queen beds; one bedroom has two twin beds. Very close to the beach and town shops. Can accommodate up to 6ppl. Off street parking for two cars. Internet TV, air-conditioning, grill, outdoor shower, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances including Keurig machine, up to 6 beach passes provided (children under 11 do not require beach tags). Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front porch or backyard and take in the ocean air. Short three-minute walk to the beach! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and arcades of Brigantine. Atlantic City is a short drive or cab ride away!

This condo and neighborhood is very family friendly. Please review the age requirements - this condo is not available to groups looking for post-Prom or high school graduation celebrations.

Early check-in/Late check-out available November through May 15. Enjoy your time in Atlantic City and don't worry about checking out early!.

Great Location

This was our first time in Brigantine and we loved the town. The house was exactly as presented in the post and was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. It was very clean and is convenient to the beach. Enjoyed our time there.

This beach house was perfect! We had a blast hanging out at the house or playing on the beach just a few minutes walk away. The host was by far one of the best we have worked with and was able to help us out with many random requests. Backyard was the perfect place to chill after a day at the beach. Mike’s place was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. The photos and description don’t do it justice. It was especially clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the large counter space made meal prep easy. I loved having the front porch for my morning cup of coffee and we enjoyed eating dinner in the spacious and fun backyard. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and the street was quiet and felt very safe. The air conditioners in each room made the house nice and cool. Beach tags and a beach cart were included, which was a helpful surprise. Mike was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the stay. It was truly a fantastic house and we hope to stay again in the future!

Great Place! Prefect location!

The house was clean, and very comfortable. Plenty of space and light. The backyard was amazing. Prefect for eating and enjoying time with the family. Three year old grandson thought the front porch was pretty cool too. Easy short walk to the beach. Mike, the owner, was the best host. He was friendly, available, and made sure our trip was prefect!

We own both units in this house (top unit is never rented, so you won't be sharing with other vacationers) and absolutely love it, and the town and beaches of Brigantine. We hope you will come and enjoy all the town has to offer. Top unit is never rented.

Newly renovated condo in desirable section of town. Very close to the beach (I walked to the entry in under three minutes!)

What makes this property unique

First floor unit easy for kids and elders. Owners occupy the top unit primarily Friday night through Sunday. Top unit is not offered for rent.
