Comfortable villa, located in a residential area in the pleasant village of Salir do Porto. Situated on a hillside, with a great view over the bay of S. Martinho do Porto and the beaches of S. Martinho and Salir. Just 10 minutes walk away is Salir beach, great for kids, with its famous huge dune. Along the bay there is a wooden walkway, ideal for walking tours, which crosses the river and connects the two banks of the bay. The region is ideal for several activities such as pedaling, walking, fishing and surfing. Located on the Silver Coast, where there are the most beautiful beaches with excellent places to practice surfing, water sports and fishing.

Sehr große Villa mit viel Platz in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer. Küchenausstattung perfekt. 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder wie ausgeschrieben da. Ein Haarföhn war allerdings nur in einem Bad vorhanden. Gute Parkmöglichkeit an der Straße. Grillmöglichkeit im Garten bzw. auf einer Terrasse vorhanden.Die Schlafräume waren leider mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, der durch die Meernähe feucht war. Fenster konnten über Nacht nicht offengelassen werden, da so ein direkter Zugang in die Wohnung möglich war. Leider keine Schrägstellung möglich.

Vacaciones muy relajadas

La casa es estupenda, con todo el equipamiento necesario. El entorno es muy tranquilo y agradable. Hay una playa muy cerca (10 minutos en coche), ideal para familias con niños, y otras algo más lejos, buenas para hacer surf o caminar durante varios kilómetros. También se pueden hacer excursiones a ciudades cercanas con maravillosos monumentos (Alcobaça, Batalha. Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha...).

Fantástico

La vivienda es tal como se describe y José, el anfitrión, muy amable y servicial. La casa en si estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días magníficos. El patio con su parrilla techada una gozada para disfrutar de comidas o cenas en la terraza con vistas a la bahía de Sao Martinho. Las camas son cómodas. Barrio de chalets super tranquilos en el que ni se oye nada de ruido....relax total!!! En definitiva totalmente recomendable.

Calm and directly at the coast line

We made a trip from Porto to Lisbon and had 8 days stop-over here. José and his wife were very friendly hosts. Their cottage is lying on a hill in a very calm area with short ways to the next shopping possibilities in Sahir do Porto or the next beach there. Standing on the balcony you have a wonderful sight to the ocean, Sahir do Porto, S. Martinho and the region around. The cottages is equipped with all necessary things, designed in Portugues style. We loved especially the great country kitchen with a big stove in the kitchen centre. Overall we enjoyed our time there and had some wonderful holidays in Sahir do Porto.

Great choice!

An excellent stay, in a very quiet area just 10 minutes walking from the beach (3 mins by car). The villa is very big, fully equipped (washing machine added, after some previous comment...); microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine... A big living room, huge kitchen, nice terrasse outside, great rooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms. Great choice, and thanks José for the warm hospitality!

Very nice stay in a beatiful spot

The house is in very good state, beatiful furniture, nicely arranged. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very tidy and well maintained. José and his wife gave us a very warm welcome and were indeed very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. A nice restaurant and a beatiful outlook were nearby. It is possible to go for a wal or run in the garrigue vegatation at the hills in a short distance from the house. It is about a 15-20min walk down to the beach in a small bay but you can access other beaches facing the Atlantic by a short car drive. In short we would definitely recommend this place.

Belle villa mais trop simplement équipé

Belle villa bien entretenue, propre, maheureusement pas assez équipée pour 8 vacanciers. • plage a 1500m et non pas 800m • pas de lave linge ( indispensable pour 15 jours de location) ou alors founir le linge en consequence. • pas de cafetière ( juste expresso) • 6 chaises de jardin pour 8 • pas de transats • parasol rafistolé a plusieurs reprises • pas de garage pour la voiture ce qui derange visiblement le voisinage. • neanmoins l'accueil des proprietaires fût sympathique. ...corbeille pour la bienvenue.

Nous apprécions vos commentaires. Je pense que ce que vous dites sont des suggestions. C'est notre première année de location et nous allons donc toujours nous améliorer. Lorsque les invités pourront profiter de ces améliorations, nous les annoncerons dans la publication. Certainement pas vu, mais 20mts au-dessus de la porte d'entrée dispose d'un parking pour 5 ou 6 voitures qui n'est jamais complètement occupé. cordialement,

Propriétaire très accueillant avec cerise sur le gâteau, un panier garni à l'attention des 5 membres de notre famille. Cuisine bien équipée et chambres très agréables. Quartier calme. Donc maison à recommander. Petit bémol : pas de lave-linge
