Quiet and tranquil

This villa is tucked on the outskirts of Altea with fantastic views across Altea to Albir and the mountains. The outside area is excellent with plenty of seats and tables and well appointed kitchen/bbq area. The utility area is a bonus with a large fridge plus a washing machine and tumble dryer, which was very useful when after a very hot week we were caught in a very heavy storm on the day of departure. The pool is a good size, very clean and the area around it is well cared for and secluded.

spacious with great views

Very spacious home, in the countryside but still walking distance to Old Town. Fantastic outdoor spaces, different patios areas, 275 degrees views from the sea to the mountains, very clean pool. We stayed for the month of March, the house had not been rented or occupied for a while, every room was damp and musty, it took days to get rid of it after opening all windows The house itself is getting old, showing its age, needing attention as well as some of the indoor furniture. I provided the mgmt. company with a list. The kitchen is definitely smaller than the photo, with very little space for prepping, but there is an outdoor stove and sink. Be aware the downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed but a tiny closet for hanging clothes, outside the bedroom. Mgt company only corresponds in Spanish, never checked to see if everything was OK. Not a bad place, realistically it should be a 3.5

Buenos días Beatriz, gracias por su estancia en nuestra casa, es verdad que la casa es una casa antigua pero aun así es muy agradable. El mes de marzo ha sido el mes mas húmedo y frio este año en Altea, siento que le haya parecido desagradable la situación. La casa dispone de una chimenea interior , para poder calentar con eficacia. Es verdad que no nos presentamos en la casa para dejar la gente a gusto, pero si hubiera necesitado cualquier cosa , no dudes que hubiéramos venido enseguida, para nosotros es importante que los huéspedes nos señalen lo que le parece oportuno en el momento. Gracias por su estancia .

Super séjour !

La villa est vraiment superbe, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et avec des amis pour quelques soirées autour de la piscine et du barbecue. A réserver sans hésiter !
