About this property

Beautiful Victorian townhouse close to beaches and town centre.

Our three story Victorian townhouse is on a quiet residential street in the heart of Newquay. With a calm and serene atmosphere filling the house, our guests will enjoy using this space as a home away from home.
Our house can sleep up to 8 guests with five bedrooms and a double sofa bed (if required) in the living room.
There is a sheltered,sunny, patio area in the back with outdoor furniture.

Downstairs there is a light filled open plan living room and dining area, with 40" digital TV, PS4, sterio sysyem and a range of DVDs, CDs and vinyl to choose from.
Well equipped kitchen with breakfast table, fridge, electric cooker and hob, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility area has a freezer, washing machine and dryer. With a downstairs toilet also.
The first floor has three spacious double bedrooms and a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. In one of the bedrooms there is an ensuite shower/toilet and the other two bedrooms have walk in wardrobe/changing rooms.
On the top floor there are two single rooms with a separate toilet and shower room.
The house has free fibre broadband.

This is our family home and we kindly ask all guests to remove sand and wetsuits etc in the back garden before entering the house but other than that we hope you make yourself at home.

Mike & Lou's home, Newquay

Mike & Lou's home in Newquay is a fabulous, spacious house in immaculate condition. A large 3 storey terraced house with a sun trap garden to the rear. The beach is practically on the door step, with a choice of long stretches of family orientated beaches that will cater for anyone just wanting the kids to paddle safely or for the more serious surfers. There are a multitude of all manner of shops within a few minutes walk from the house. in addition to this if you don't want to spend your time cooking in the well appointed kitchen which again has every utensil, crockery and cooking equipment you may need to feed a small army, you can pop round the corner to find a fantastic array of places to sit and eat or take away food places. Mike & Lou keep you informed of any information you may need and there is a comprehensive guide in the house which covers instructions for anything you may need information on, but should you feel you do need further information Mike & Lou are only a text message away with a prompt reply. As a family of 8 which included a 10 month old toddler 3 boys aged 10 to 13, mum, dad, nannan and granddad I think we are qualified to say that the house with its size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms fulfilled all our needs and more. We can highly recommend this property for you to enjoy a fantastic holiday.

Stunning property and location

Absolutely lovely property in such a fabulous location! There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and a baby in our extended family group, large dining table we could all sit at and enough bathrooms for everyone, there is also a lovely sheltered sun trap garden with sitting area. We were only a few minutes walk from the shops, beaches supermarkets and restaurants/takeaways. Would highly recommend this superb home .

Perfect holiday home in Newquay

A gorgeous family home that feels a privilege to stay in. The location is brilliant for exploring the town and beaches. We were lucky to find parking on the road every time (but only moved our car a couple of times during the week). The house has everything you would need for a home away from home stay - and more! Extras like the welcome pack, wide range of games and extensive entertainment systems were really appreciated. The listing is spot on but staying there is even better 😁 Thank you Mike.
