Composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with large fireplace and living room with stone walls and floor. Outside there is a private terrace with table and chairs for eating outside. In sharing with all 5 apartments there is a swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds, tennis court, table tennis, outdoor fitness. Well situated for visits to cities of art like Assisi Perugia Arezzo.
This structure offers customers 5 leisure apartments for their entertainment, all with independent entrances, well-equipped kitchens, bedrooms each different from the other, TV room and outdoor terrace where to eat outside on hot summer days. The customers have at their disposal a beautiful swimming pool in the midst of ancient olive trees, a tennis court where to play immersed in an enchanting panorama of the hills and valleys, table tennis to play games in joy.
Guests have at their disposal: swimming pool with umbrellas, sun beds and towels, tennis court with rackets and balls, table tennis balls and balls, swing. A private terrace with tables and chairs for eating out, 2 BBQ grills, outdoor fitness. In the immediate vicinity, 3 km, there is a golf course and a riding stable for horse riding.
