Located in a fully restored historical building, SibsBalmes has everything you need to spend a few days in the centre of Barcelona. Close to restaurants, boutiques areas, and most of the Gaudi´s iconic buildings. Equipped with a modern decoration that will make you feel like home, this apartment has a double bed, a bright living room -with exceptional views and totally soundproofed-, parquet floors, a complete bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Our usual check-in time is from 15h to 21h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance to be able to set your arrival time.

Check out is until 11:00 a.m., but late check out can be requested, subject to availability.

Outside of established hours we have the following rates:Late Check in: arrival after 21 has a cost of €30 until 23h, then €10 will be added for every extra hour.

Late check out (departure after 11h. until 14h.) and early check-in (arrival before 15h.) incurs an extra cost of €60

The apartment has the HUTB tourist license.

Tourist tax: 6,25€ person/night not included in the final price. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment for all guests over 16 years of age, and up to a maximum of 7 days.

Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat of Catalonia, for stays with check in from 1/4/2017.
Our usual check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., so we recommend that you contact us in advance to arrange your arrival time.

Beautiful flat

We stayed in Barcelona for a few nights, and this place was wonderful. Great location, Joanna was incredibly responsive, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The bedroom is quiet too, which is important as the street outside gets pretty busy.

The location of this appartment is superb, just two blocks from Gaudi's famous appartments. Lovely outlook overloooking street crossroads, but sufficient double glazed windows to prevent noise disturbance. We really enjoyed staying here.

Lovely and well located apartment

We had a wonderful 9 day stay at this apartment. It was clean and well-equipped….really perfect for my husband and me. It is comfortably furnished and roomy enough for staying in. There is a nice and functional kitchen. It was a great launching point for exploring the great city of Barcelona. Would love to return and stay here again:)

Great Barcelona location and apartment

Very bright apartment, clean, modern, in a fantastic and fashionable location. It's close to a couple of Metro stops, with lots of shopping and cafes nearby. It's on the fourth floor, but there is an elevator so that was no issue. The management company was excellent, and communication and response times were top notch. We plan on staying here again next time we're in Barcelona!

Great location, great neighborhood, light, layout, function.

We attended the Barcelona Tennis Open and used the property as our base. We enjoyed the proximity to the tourist sights while not being in the middle of it - just adjacent. The neighborhood had all conveniences, many restaurants and great transportation options. Joanna did a great job, was very responsive. The light, layout, appliances, furniture, storage etc. were comfortable and felt spacious. The apartment could be a little better equipped with things like dish towels, potholders, kitchen wraps or storage and a starter of paper towels. The apartment surfaces and bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower curtain, throw blankets and decorative pillows are tired and should be replaced along with the bench at the foot of the bed (broken leg). Better quality towels would be appreciated. Minor complaints. Would stay again, just needs a slight touch of TLC and < $200 investment for a 5 star review.

We loved the location of this little apartment in the Eixample neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed, although it needs a little refreshing. The couch was comfy enough, but a little "tired" looking. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom could use some detail refreshing as well. Towels are thin and small. The bed was fine, but the streets are a bit noisy late at night, so playing white noise on our iphone overnight covered that up. We ended up not using the kitchen much since there was a little cafe on the ground floor that served our cappuccino and breakfast and overall meals out in Barcelona are not expensive compared to eating out in the US. At this location, there are places to eat all around you. Fantastic shopping and cafes abound. The Metro station is not far and you can easily get to all the best sights fairly quickly. For the money we saved, compared to other week long stays in the area, it was a good deal. Nothing fancy mind you -- You pay for what you get. The management was VERY responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. Would rent from this team again.

Perfect Barcelona Location

Perfectly situated to explore Barcelona mostly on foot with a couple of taxis here and there. Lovely apartment to come home to after a long day exploring. And a wonderful cafe downstairs for coffee and a croissant before heading out.

Terrific apartment located in the heart of Barcelona

The apartment is situated on a busy thoroughfare, although street noise isn't too loud. It was clean and comfortable. On this occasion I was travelling alone, but this apartment is perfect for a couple. Kitchen comes equipped with a small number of utensils and amenities. Also, appreciated having access to a washing machine. Great location, closely located to many attractions and eateries, with the metro only two blocks away (Passeig de Grácia). Property manager was excellent! Provided all information ahead of time and made the check-in/out process simple. I would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to family and friends.
