Bonjour Valérie,
Merci beaucoup pour votre retour et pour vos compliments concernant la maison, sa vue, son équipement, et la qualité des échanges que nous avons pu avoir durant votre séjour.
Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passer d’excellentes vacances dans la villa.
Je suis en revanche sincèrement désolé des points des désagréments que vous soulevez.
Comme je vous l’ai expliqué, cet hiver a été particulièrement humide dans le sud de la France , ce qui explique très certainement les remontées et les dégâts d’humidité que vous avez constaté sur les murs; dégâts que nous n’avions pas remarqué en amont, et que nous n’avons donc pas pu tâcher de régler.
Concernant l’état du jardin, le jardin qui s’occupe de la maison nous a fait faux bond à la dernière minute, et à nouveau, je vous prie d’accepter toutes nos excuses pour cela.
Mais soyez certain que nous prenons vos remarques très au sérieux et que nous ferons tout notre possible pour que ceci ne se reproduise plus.
Je vous remercie pour la sincérité et la bienveillance de vos commentaires, et j’espère avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau dans des conditions encore meilleures.

1 Bad konnte aus hygienischen Gründen nicht benutzt werden, WC bei Check In verstopft, wurde trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht repariert - Vollkatastrophe!Das Haus war leider eine schlechte Wahl, abgewohnt, Check In - Haus war nicht gereinigt, überall Sand, Haare und Ameisen.Für den Mietpreis Endreinigungsgebühr eine absolute Frechheit. Vermieter hat erst eine Woche nach unserer Reklamation arogant reagiert. Nie wieder!

Nous partons régulièrement en vacances via Abritel, mais cette maison a clairement été notre coup de cœur! Une vue… à couper le souffle. Nous n’avions même plus envie de sortir de la maison. La cuisine est parfaitement bien équipée, les espaces agréables et le petit cadeau de bienvenue très appréciable. Un gros plus pour la piscine sécurisée!Un grand merci pour l’accueil et à bientôt.

A Holliday house that makes you want to stay forever
Superb location. 5 minutes to a great beach. You can watch the sea from your own terrace or swimming pool (which is relative big). A Holliday house that makes you want to stay forever in Saint Maxime. Saint Maxime has many good restaurants and Saint Tropez is only 15 minute drive away. The house really felt comfortable and we were welcomed great.
