Beautiful duplex with 2 floors in the urbanization Al Andalus Residencial in Vera Playa. Terrace on the ground floor and solarium on the top floor. Living room with Spanish television, kitchen (with ceramic hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher washing machine and microwave) 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathroom (1 bedroom and bathroom at the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom at the first floor). Covered parking. Air conditioning system cold/warm in 2 out of 3 bedrooms and living room

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. Outdoor pool with a small pool for small children and babies, open from 1 June to 30 September, outside those dates there is a heated indoor pool (consult dates). Tennis/paddle court.

In July and August minimum stay 1 week. Dates Villaricos festival minimum two weeks. Those of the festival for a couple of nights please DO NOT contact us.

Media Area Legua, Puerto Rey, Vera Playa (next to the supermarket Mercadona).

Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.

de la poudre aux yeux...

La literie très moyenne ,pour la salle de bain de l'étage , l'eau coulait au compte gouttes, super pour prendre une douche, un lave vaisselle conçu pour 2 personnes alors que l'appartement est prévu pour 6 personnes, très peu de vaisselle, exemple 3 verres à pied pour 6 personnes, on a dû en acheter, 1 casserole, pas de bouilloire, et beaucoup d'autres choses manquantes. Les serviettes de toilettes usées, impossibilité de s'essuyer correctement, seul point positif la climatisation dans les chambres. Ne vaut pas le prix demandé. La piscine ouverte à des horaires qui ne correspondent pas aux vacanciers étrangers (horaires pas détaillés dans l'annonce), pour favoriser le bien être des locaux , qui eux ne respectent pas celui des touristes. Une piscine dont l'entretien reste à prouver, tellement le fond de la piscine ressemble à un dépotoire. le maître nageur qui ne sert à rien, ne se faisant pas respecter. Le nombre de gens plongeant dans la piscine sans passer par la douche, en rentrant de la plage, comme les horaires sont réduits, la piscine devient trop petite pour la résidence. Je ne recommande à personnes de réserver cette location.
