Charming holiday villa, just steps away from the beach, with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed across two floors, connected by interior stairs. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort.
INTERIOR: On the GROUND FLOOR, the villa offers a cosy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to a covered terrace with views of the pool. The independent kitchen, fully equipped with gas hobs and dishwasher, complements this space. Also on this floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to a terrace with sea views from both bedrooms. This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: The villa's exterior offers a charming terrace with a 9x3.5 metre pool, equipped with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. It also has a portable barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals. Parking space for 2 vehicles is located within the same plot.
LOCATION: Just 200 metres away is the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco, as well as the nearest restaurant. The closest supermarket is 1.2 km away and the centre of Calpe is 1.5 km away.
NOTES: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed. Enjoy unforgettable holidays in this beautiful villa near the sea.
