Vacation in Calpe

The home was fairly clean upon arrival. However, the beddings were rinkled; pubic hair on the baths floors; primary bedroom A/C non-operational; ants on the balcony and coming into upstairs bedrooms; the advertising was deciving regarding the livable space which was not 230m2. The basement was a big part of this 230m2 and was not usable. I reserved this property based on representation of the 230m2 being large. That was not the case. Best Regards

The only problem was the guest. She damaged a lot and caused a lot of costs and think everything is for free. I got messages before this rating that states she will give us a bad reputation if we dont give the Security deposit back. For example: check in at 22:30 is not for free or normal. Higher usage of electricity for free? Damaged counter top, damaged brand new dryer without repair or substitute? As a realtor she should know how the measurements of the livable space are taken. Not usable basement? How about Pool Bath ? where did you store all the pool equipment? How about kitchen with fridge for drinks? The air con in Master Bedroom 1 broke on day of arrival. Repair on next day refused by customer. everything perfect cleaned because of questions and reference of customer before arrival.. They where the second guests ever in that brand new remodeled home. Only thing i agree is the bed linen that was not ironed. Absolutetly fabricated and intentionally bad rating due to withheld deposit
