The apartment is located 50 m from the seafront a strategic point from which you can easily get to restaurants, shops and bars without forgetting the evening walk
 the apartment is completely renovated despite having maintained the Carlofortino style.
On warmer days you can cool down the bedrooms and in spring or autumn warm them up thanks to the air conditioning in all the bedrooms and on the top floor you can enjoy the pleasure of a large terrace with barbecue.

Awesome Apartment!

We (two couples in our 60s) spent 5 nights in Lucia’s lovely Carloforte apartment. The location could not be better - across the road from the ferry port and one street from the front, so noise was minimal. A typical Carloforte house. Beautiful terrace, two great showers, comfy beds and all you need for self catering. Lucia was very quick to respond to any queries before our visit, as was Vittoria, the lovely lady who checked us in, during our stay. Carloforte is a magical town and we would not hesitate to stay at Lucia’s house next time we visit.

Casa deliziosa a due passi dal lungomare, comoda, ben arredata, completa di tutto quello che serve. Bisogna salire delle scale come in tutte le case di paese, a noi hanno solo fatto bene.

"Bellissima casa in pieno centro animato di Carloforte. La casa è dotata di tutti gli accessori immaginabili. C''è un piccolo supermercato a 20 metri dall''ingresso che è molto comodo vista la difficoltà di parcheggio, peraltro comune in tutta Carloforte. soluzione ottima per una vacanza a San Pietro. Consigliabilissima."

"Casa stupenda con terrazza che affaccia sui tetti del centro della cittadina, è molto curata, accogliente e confortevole. Attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza è ben arredata, fresca ed in caso di necessità, munita di condizionatori. Si trova a 2 passi dai servizì, dalla piazza principale e dal porto, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Noi ci siamo sposati nel 2007 a Carloforte è veramente un posto speciale, con una atmosfera unica, spiagge incantevoli e panorami mozzafiato. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. Questo contatto lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!Io il numero di telefono l''ho memorizzato su tutti i cellulari!"

"La casa, disposta su tre...

"La casa, disposta su tre piani e con una deliziosa terrazza che affaccia sui tetti, è molto curata, accogliente e confortevole. Molto pulita, attrezzata di tutto ciò serve per una vacanza (lavatrice, due bagni, tre tv, una delle quali utilizzabile dai ragazzi per la playstation),è ben arredata e fresca. Si trova a soli 50 metri dalla piazza principale e dal porto, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Carloforte è davvero un posto speciale, con una atmosfera unica, spiagge incantevoli e panorami mozzafiato. I proprietari sono persone splendide, gentilissime e disponibili, e con un cane molto bello, Daisy, che è stata la gioia di nostro figlio Gabriele. Peccato esserci rimasti solo una settimana, ma contiamo di ritornarci. La consiglio vivamente per una vacanza rilassante in una Sardegna ancora incontaminata e ricca di tradizioni."

"abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza. la casa è funzionale e simpatica anche se la pulizia, specie dei pavimenti, dovrebbe essere più accurata. la sua peculiarità è che è ubicata in centro storico, per cui puoi godere appieno delle voci e dei profumi del " paìse ". speriamo di tornare al più presto!!!"

"Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr sauber , kein Lärm, die Umgebung und die Nachbarschaft war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Wohnung hatte die Ausstattung genau wie es uns versprochen worden war und die Lage ist grossartig. Gleich bem Meer. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und können dieses Ziel nur empfehlen."
