The house was designed by us for our family. Destine for its spacious rooms and lounge overlooking the garden. The garden of 1000 m2 has leafy trees where you can enjoy a meal under its shade and with the only sound of birds that flutter in the trees. It is a haven of peace within the silent village crossed by isolated houses surrounded by gardens. If you are looking for tranquility, this house offers everything to de-stress the city.

Fabulous home

My husband and I had the great privilege of spending 6 weeks in the Tahiche mountain home. The house is ideally located in the centre of the island, which allowed us to easily explore many different places. The house is in a very peaceful quiet location, with fantastic views onto the island landscape, is spacious and homely, with all mod cons, and has a fabulous garden surrounding the property, with different areas to sit and lounge. The owner was on hand for any queries we had, and we couldn't have wishes for a more lovely place to stay.

Très confortable très silencieuse à l'intérieur, pas de nuisance entre les différentes parties de l

Très centrale pour toutes les visites dans l'île, petite supérette bien pratique à côté . On a adoré les visites des grands architectes, le top: la maison dite d'Omar Shariff, à ne pas manquer.

Wir waren im Januar 2019 bereits hier und jetzt wieder für knapp 4 Wochen . Unsere Beschreibung von 2019 triff immer noch zu. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und in Ordnung alles Prima. Wir würden eventuell gerne im Dezember 2020 wiederkommen

Schönes Haus ohne Touristenrummel

Wir waren im Januar für 4 Wochen im Haus. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern empfangen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt außerhalb der Touristengebiete in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Man ist allerdings mit dem Auto in ca. 10-15 Minuten an der Küste von Costa Tegise Playa Honda, Arrecife oder auch in Puerto del Carmen Einen Mietwagen sollte man schon haben. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. gute Betten komplette Küchenausstattung und zum Großteil neue Möbel und Wlan Der Garten ist sehr groß und es ist alle da was man so braucht, Liegen, Grill und ein schöner Sitzplatz. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Für uns gab es nur ein Manko der große neue Fernseher hatte keinen SAT – Anschluss sodass nur spanische Sender empfangen werden konnten. Alles im allen ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen ins besondere für Leute die es ruhig mögen und für Langzeiturlauber. Wir wollen im nächsten Jahr eventuell widerkommen.

If you are looking for tranquility, this house offers everything to de-stress the city and forget everyday problems.

What makes this property unique

The highlight of the house is the silence, the tranquility and the view from the living room and from the garden. You can see a lava river and the nearby town of Nazareth on the side of a mountain. In the town it is very interesting to visit the Foundation House of César Manrique, an artist from Lanzarote (architect, painter and sculptor) where he lived and worked for several years.
