Property with over 1,400 m2 with no close houses around and far from public roads , bay calm like a lake and clear sky day or night gives great ambient. Either having barbecue with friends, sing or playing guitar near fire, there is place for everybody. It is a rural house where you will get peace and the beauty of nature. Jumping in the clear sea in from dock in front of the house or just take a walk on the nearby beaches.The house has electric power and drinking water. The facilities more than a kilometer away are: Commerce, supermarket, pharmacy, medical emergencies, ATM, mail, cafes with wifi free, night club, restaurant, ice cream shop, and public beaches such as Rogać, Nečujam and Maslinica.

Great Location, Awesome Owners!

I loved Solta and the home! We stayed an entire month and could have stayed a year. The mini beach, the water access and the views were absolutely top notch and unforgettable. The house is not extremely fancy, but it’s very comfortable and you simply can’t find a better view or swimming in all of Croatia. Andrea and her family are lovely as can be. I highly recommend!

Hallo, ganz ehrlich war das einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir bisher hatten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage und ist ideal um sich zu erholen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle auch unseren nächsten Urlaub hier verbringen falls es möglich ist. vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter.

It is a rural house, beautiful, large and spacious where you will get peace and you will be surrounded by the beauty of nature. You can enjoy the sea in front of the house or go to the nearby beaches if you wish. It is an ideal place for a family vacation away from the noise and crowds that we normally find in big cities.

The house is beautiful , large, spacious and has many beautiful things with which guests could have a beautiful vacation. It is located on a beautiful island with many villages around to know and enjoy Croatian culture.
They can be with their family or friends in one place. The house is surrounded by nature and in front of the crystal blue sea. It is ideal for a vacation where rest is the priority.
