Mod House - Mid Century Modern Fredericksburg Getaway

Mod Haus was built in 1960 and is decorated in an updated mid-century style. It has a great modern vibe to it with an open concept living area with an 85 inch television, plenty of seating for groups, gorgeous period windows that allow you to see outside to the pool area, and an updated kitchen with all the amenities, plus a large game room with a large screen tv and a PS4. Mod Haus can easily accommodate large groups and is a pet and smoke-free environment. It sleeps 12-14 people in beautifully decorated, spacious bedrooms. There's one king bedroom, three queen bedrooms, a very large room with two couches that make into double beds, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds You will have trouble deciding which bedroom you want to use. (No problem, you can come back again and again and try them all!)
. Mod Haus has all the amenities including fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, two large screen tv's, there's even a mod game room (with board games and a PS4!). Mod Haus features four full bathrooms all decorated in the mid century style, and high-end cozy linens and other amenities (q-tips, cotton balls, and even make-up remover sheets) are provided for your convenience.
The fun continues outdoors with a refreshing swimming pool for when you have had a long hot day of fun, a large covered outdoor patio, a gas grill, and a large tree covered back yard. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED IN THE WINTER. There's a gazebo with a gas fire pit, an outdoor shower and a washer and dryer provided. There's off-street parking for more than four cars, and it's just under a mile from Markt Platz on Main Street with sidewalks all the way to town. There are tons of amenities right across the street, including a convenience store, restaurants, even a spa. You can stay in and watch movies on one or both of the large screen televisions or have an outdoor pool party. The large fenced-in backyard is great for outdoor games too. You can play horseshoes in the shade of beautiful oak trees. With so much to do right here at Mod Haus, you may never want to leave!
