Modern and well decorated apartment situated in one of the most privileged locations in Lisbon. Nearby you can find all kinds of attractions; Vasco da Gama shopping center (open from 10am to midnight), theaters, casinos, aquarium, themed and Portuguese restaurants, bars, etc.
Well served by public transport, with the Oriente metro and train station where several bus lines run, we can easily go anywhere in the city.
Consisting of a Living Room, 1 Suite, 2 Too 3 people can sleep comfortably.The fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment including fridge, glacier, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, coffee maker and toaster.
You will also find all the necessary facilities that will make you feel at home, such as hair dryer, ironing board.

Wonderful stay and host

The property was in a great location, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 6. The host was fantastic! Always available when we needed him and had great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend the property for a group of 5-6.

Ricardo was very accommodating. We arrived early and he agreed to meet us at the apartment so we could drop off our luggage. The description I believe said one bathroom. however their was two. thank goodness. We had a good time.

I had stayed at the apartment for 1 weeks with my family. Honestly the owner is very nice and communicates well. But the apartment hardware is still need to upgrade compared to the apartment with Spain. The neighbor hoods is very nice and quiet, I will give a five stars for that.

Great apartment in a great area

First time in Lisbon. We originally wanted to stay in center of town, but really glad we stayed in Parque das Nacoes. Its a quieter business district but with lots to do. Walking distance to transport (there's a bus and train hub at Oriente), groceries, mall, waterfront, aquarium, and running. If you're expecting to roll out of bed and be on a pub stool, then this is probably not the area for you. The apartment itself was great. Its a higher level so with windows open on both sides, the place quickly cools down with a nice breeze. Clean and well furnished. We were able to cook many meals in the kitchen with the cookware supplied. Ricardo was fantastic with communications and was super professional. Would stay here when I visit Lisbon again!

Diese Wohnung ist super gelegen... in einem modernen Viertel von Lissabon. In ca. 10 Min ist man mit dem Auto am Flughafen. Zu Fuß hat man zig Cafes, Apotheken, Restaurants insb. BullSteak, Museum der Wissenschaft, Oceanario, Seilbahn, Vasco da Gama Brücke und Shopping Center. Sehr gute Gegend. Die Wohnung hat 3 SZ , Küche, 2 Bäder..im 7 Stockwerk mit 2 Fahrstühlen. Ruhig und sicher. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war stets sehr gut. Wir danken aus Germany.
