Overlooking the Portoscuso waterfront is a charming, recently renovated, and tastefully furnished penthouse with a view of the sea.

The Space
Outside, the penthouse features a beautiful, fully furnished 30-square-meter terrace—partly covered—where you can relax and enjoy meals with a stunning view of the sea.
Inside, the penthouse consists of: a living room with a kitchenette, two double bedrooms (one with a sea view), and a bathroom with a shower stall. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Finally, the penthouse also features a parking space on a private lot adjacent to the entrance gate.

Guest access
All areas of the home are freely available for use, including the large private terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue.

Other things to keep in mind
The house is particularly suitable for couples and families with young children. Upon request, guests are provided with a cot, high chair, and anything else needed for the little ones’ stay.
