Breton stone Gite 800mt from the sea

Newly renovated and spacious, this Breton Gite accommodates 4 with ease, the 1st floor has two bedrooms, 1 King double and I twin room, the ground floor has a bathroom, open plan living and dining space with a fully fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer) and satellite TV /DVD and Satellite Wi-Fi internet connection should you feel the need to be connected to the outside world. Baby equipment available on request including travel cot with linen high chair and stairgate, pets are welcome with a nightly supplement. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The outside space has a front and side area with decked patio area to the front with furniture , BBQ and secure enclosed private parking.
Bookings are a 7 night minimum stay in July and August with check-in/out on Saturday only, the rest of the year the minimum stay is 3 night with anyday check-in/out.

Eine tolles Ferienhaus in dem nichts fehlte. Vom sympathischen Empfang durch den Vermieter bis hin zur guten Stimmung die uns die Lokation bereitete. Abends Spaziergänge zum Meer, tagsüber Ausflüge in die 3 übrigen Himmelsrichtungen. Hier kann man mit einer Buchung nichts falsch machen. Ankommen und verlassen so problemlos wie nur möglich. Danke John.

Ein mit Herzblut eingerichtetes Traum-Ferienhaus

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in einem mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Haus mit umzäumtem Areal. Letzteres gefiel auch unserer kleinen Fellnase, die wie wir herzlich empfangen wurde. Die umliegende Landschaft ist Natur pur und der Strand wenige Fussminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Autominuten entfernt. Unser Fazit: immer wieder gerne!

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in dieser großartigen Unterkunft! Das kleine Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet- man fühlt sich direkt wohl. John - der Vermieter - wohnt nebenan und ist ein wunderbarer Mensch. Er gibt gute Tipps und sehr freundlich. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und sind dankbar für den Aufenthalt! Beim nächste Besuch in der Bretagne kommen wir sehr gern wieder

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Einrichtung, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Kleine Mankos: Internet ist etwas langsam und die Müllentsorgung kompliziert (es muss alles in den nächsten Ort gebracht werden).

Why they chose this property

The dramatic north Finistère coast (Côte des Légendes) is peppered with sandy beaches, inlets, coastal towns and fishing ports. The house setting is quiet, surrounded by fields and huge boulders just 700m from the ocean and the coastal path GR34. Côte des Légendes beaches are wonderful , the house is next to Ménéham with its ancient boulder mounds and perfectly restored 19thC fishing village showing daily life in times gone by. You have restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Kerlouan 2k away has all you need with a weekly market, bars, resturants and supermarket.

The property is a traditional stone Breton Gite which has been fully restored and is fully equipped for a holiday home with great outdoor space for alfresco dining, enclosed garden with private parking and walking distance to the ocean.
