A beautiful apartment in an incredible location suitable for groups or families, offered at very competitive rates in a sought-after area, and managed by friendly staff.
High on the hill in front of the medieval old town, the apartment overlooks the nature reserve and the coastline below, and is only a short walk from Capalbio's restaurants, bars, and shops. Capalbio is just 20 minutes drive from the beaches of Chiarone, Feniglia, and Ansedonia, the Maremma, Saturnia, Pitigliano, Monte Argentario, and the beautiful town of Orbetello.
The apartment has a unique and individual sense of style and decoration, is quiet and spacious and sunlit, with private parking, a large garden, and free wifi. We provide a full complement of cooking equipment, utensils and cutlery, tableware for 10, a fridge and washing machine, and complete bedding and bath linen for the duration.

Eine Woche in Capalbio

Wir waren im Juli eine Woche im Casa blu und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Betten bequem und die Küchenausstattung ausreichend, auch wenn man täglich etwas kochen möchte. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend und ist leise. Im unteren Schlafzimmer ist es kühl genug, da wird sie eigentlich nicht benötigt. Albertina und Andrew sind sehr nett und super hilfsbereit! Ein kleines Manko ist das Duschen in der Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Ein- bzw. Ausfahrt des Hauses ist sehr steil, aber händelbar. Dafür hat man einen Privatparkplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Wir würden sie wieder buchen!

A Wonderful View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Blu and appreciated the quietness of a late September break. The property is very homely and has everything in it that you could possibly need. The lack of a stand-up shower didn't detract from the overall comfort of the property. The view from the large terrace is beautifully tranquil, an ideal place to enjoy a light lunch or a sun downer after a day exploring. We parked our car in the road as suggested by the owner as the drive is quite steep but there are steps provided for pedestrians. Beaches at Forte Macchiatonda and Ansedonia are close and well worth a visit. A lovely property for a relaxing stay.

Stilvolle geräumige Wohnung

Stilvoll eingerichtete, geräumige, wohnliche und sehr saubere Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und traumhaftem Blick. Die Wohnung war auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen angenehm. Küche und die anderen Räume sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind eher hart. Optimaler Ort für Ausflüge, sowohl zum Baden, wie auch für Unternehmungen ins Landesinnere (mit Auto). Capalbio selbst ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Sehr (!) freundliche, flexible und hilfsbereite Gastgeber*innen. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Charmante et agréable maison

Casa blu donne un point de vue exceptionnel sur la campagne et la mer proches. La maison est très confortable ; elle est restée fraîche alors qu’il a fait très chaud en cette mi septembre 2018. Seul bémol : les moustiques hyperactifs! On peut faire les courses à Capalbio mais pour se déplacer, ne pas trop compter sur les transports en commun rares et aléatoires.
