Villa Melisa is a new and modern villa built and finished in 2016. With panoramic views of the famous Turkish turquoise coast. This villa gazes over Kalkan bay. Located in Kalkan town it is a stones throw from sparking beaches, delicious roof top restaurants and local amenities.

Nestled higher above the bay of Kalkan you get panoramic views of Mouse and Snake Islands bursting proudly from the sea as well as a clear view of boats drifting in and out of kalkan harbor.

Kalkan town offers an abundance of top rated roof top restaurants, bars, shops selling original hand made gifts, boutique shops and unique treasures.

Staying in Kalkan offers you its own local beach, boats to luxurious beach clubs and a short drive or bus to some of Turkey’s most famous and beautiful beaches. Just incase you wanted a change from your very own private pool.

Villa Melisa is a large and modern three bedroom villa. Adults and children alike will love this villa with its own private pool and children’s pool.

The ground floor has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room which is perfect for relaxing after a day by the pool.

Privacy curtains are available on request for guests who want %100 privacy, or can be left pulled back to reveal the stunning views.

Bedrooms

1.Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor this bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, plasma tv, dressing table and hairdryer.


2.Bedroom 2 : Located on the first floor. Two single beds, ensuite bathroom air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table and hairdryer.

3. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is located on the second floor. With a private sun terrace and chairs, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe and hairdryer.

Pool area and Outside: Private pool, sunbathing area and garden. Six sun loungers, three sun parasols, 6 pool towels. A outside dining area for six people. Children’s pool, stone BBQ and a pool shower.

Kitchen: Located on the ground floor the kitchen is a fully equipped American style kitchen. Including a dishwasher, dinner table and chairs for four people, oven, microwave, dinner set for four people, toaster, pans, coffee cups and tea glasses.

Living room: Located on the ground floor. There is an L-shaped sofa, Plasma TV, air-conditioning and toilet.

Note: Every room has clean linen and towels provided.

Safety Deposit: The safety deposit for Villa Buğlem is £100. If there is no damage after your stay you will receive your deposit when you leave.

Check-in Check-out time : You can settle into your villa after 15:00pm. The check out time is 10:00am. Any bags that you have can be looked after in our office, or if there is not another guest coming into the villa after your stay checkout can be changed to a later time.
