This property is a renovated house built in the late 1800.
It is fully equiped and decorated with love and respect to its history.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single one.
There is an open plane kitchen with a sofa bed and a fire place.
The place is perfect for couples or a company of 4 people.
The veranda is big with a big marble table,comfortable sofa and a hummock where one can enjoy the dawn.
The neighbours are friendly, the place is quiet and located just 10 mins from the beach.
But the most beautifull thing is the wonderfull sunset that one can enjoy from the beach of Ravdouchas where local taverns and cafeterias offer the best quality of taste and smell of local products.
One can walk around the vilage and enjoy the natural beauty of Kissamos gulf.
Refference point could be the closest village called Kolimbari, (10 mins driving) where one can find super markets,banks, restaurants and cafeterias.
Ravdoucha is perfect for someone who seeks quiet and relaxing vacation!

Blick auf Dorf und Olivenhaine

Ein sehr schön renoviertes altes Haus in ländlicher Umgebung, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Die große Loggia bietet einen weiten Blick auf das Dorf und die umliegenden Olivenhaine. Die Vermieterin Dimitra empfing uns mit großer Gastfreundschaft und war jederziet erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene kleine Kiesstrand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und liegt wunderbar in einer kleinen Bucht. In Radvoucha ist man abseits vom großen Tourismus in ländlicher Umgebung. Da man von hier sehr schnell zur New Road gelangt, ist es aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Westen Kretas bis hin zur Südküste zu erkunden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Wunderbares Haus

Das beste Ferienhaus in dem wir bisher gewohnt haben. Leider gibt es im Ort weder einen kleinen Supermarkt noch eine Taverne. Aber trotzdem haben wir die Woche genossen.

Impression de bout du monde

Maison de caractère, très belle, décorée avec beau coup de goût, on y trouve vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin. La terrasse est très agréable. L'accueil est chaleureux avec plein de petites attentions. La plage (de galets) donne l'impression d'être au bout du monde. La route pour atteindre le village n'est pas évidente et pas toujours bien indiquée, il n'y a pas de nom de rue et pas de numéro.

Everything perfect

We spent two weeks in Villa Fudulis this summer. In the house there is everything you might need, in particular the kitchen and the bathroom are very equipped. The house is spacious and comfortable and we never had any kind of issue, everything went perfectly. The external veranda is spacious and enjoyable. The house is easy to find and the owners are very kind, helpful, hospitable and friendly. Villa Fudulis surely contributed in making our holidays in Crete unforgettable.

Beautiful house in little village

Very nice house, very clean and new. The owners were really nice. The only thing that could be improved are the old and uncomfortable beds. I would recommend it.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine en août, au cœur de la saison touristique. La maison est située dans un village éloignée de l'agitation. Superbement rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, bien équipée, cette maison de famille permet sans problème d'héberger 4 personnes (1 lit double, 2 lits simples). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Dimitra et Markos que je remercie. Très belle terrasse pour prendre les repas. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre à la plage. La plus proche est à 7mn en voiture en bas d'une route en lacets qui descend du village, avec une bonne auberge. Pour notre part, nous avons été plus souvent à Afrata beach, de l'autre côté de la péninsule (15/20 mn), que je recommande, et avons sillonné la région. Pour les courses (et les restos, et l'ambiance de petite station sympathique et familiale), Kolymbari est à 15 mn Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !
