Located right on the white sandy beach, among the most beautiful on the island.
The villa has a private access to the sea.
The center of the village can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.
The villa, surrounded by a large garden, with a parking area for several cars, is on three floors (2 night, 1 day).
On the mezzanine floor are the kitchen, a very large living room and a covered terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the lighthouse of San Vito.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom;
On the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The night floors are equipped with air conditioning.
The Villa is furnished and equipped.
The outdoor area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and armchairs.
