Alexander met us at the door even though we arrived late at night right before the New Year’s holiday. The apartment was well furnished, clean, beautiful. It has an interesting kitchen. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of eight.

Beautiful place right on the beach with an amazing terrace.

We loved our stay here. The terrace in the boardwalk was incredible and the retractable awnings made it a great place to be all day long. The bathrooms were modern and spotless. The kitchen had great appliances. The area is ideal. Really I can’t say anything less than we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Location!

This property is everything you could ask for out of a vacation rental in San Sebastian. High end furnishings and appliances. The A/C works great and the showers had great pressure. The location is awesome! You are right in the middle of all the action and the beach is literally steps away. The management people are very responsive and quick to answer any of your questions. Highly recommend!

Great location on the promenade

This was a large and comfortable apartment for 3 couples in a fabulous location. Kitchen was adequate but not easy for all of us to use given the layout, lighting and lack of some essentials like a cutting board. There was a strong sewer smell on some days and when we reached out to the property supervisor about this, we never heard back. Patio was excellent. We were allowed a very early check in which was appreciated.

Great Birthday Celebration

There were eight of us staying her for a week. The layout gave all of the guests ample privacy and the location is the best in the city . Would love to stay here if we ever go back.

Fabulous modern apartment right on the beach

We were 8 friends traveling together - 3 couples and 2 singles. We all LOVED San Sebastian and this beautiful apartment. Comfy beds, large community space and a wonderful deck looking out on the bay and beach. Walking distance to everything. Can't wait to come back.

Esta casa se encuentra en el centro de San Sebastián, en el paseo de la Concha, en primera línea de playa. Cuenta con una terraza desde la que se puede disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas de toda la bahía. La casa tiene 5 dormitorios, 4 de ellos con baños en suite y otro independiente. Dispone de un mobiliario cómodo y funcional. Nos hemos alojado cinco parejas y nuestra experiencia ha sido súper positiva. A nuestra llegada nos recibió una persona que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos para instalarnos. Quedamos todos encantados con la casa. Una experiencia 10..!!!!

The apartment has 5 good sized rooms and bathrooms . Well thought out features and fantastic location . Great place and great stay . Parking was a bit far away and hard to access but that is life in San Sebastián. Thank you

Very nice apartment on the Beach and close to the heart of old San Sebastián. The patio is beautiful for watching the Beach and all the activity along the Priomenade. Convenience, luxury and perfect location in a beautiful oceanfront paradise.
