Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Nice to have a hot tub we used it every evening except for our last night. Only one thing was it could use, the wooden deck needs some maintenance.

It was a very nice cabin. A few things were disappointing. The ice maker did not work, the master king bed was super hard, the theater we could get to work properly, it didn't seem like it was a "smart projector". I couldn't stream movies on it. Looked like only DVD's. We had to buy a lighter and kindlin wood (or fire starters) to start fires inside or outside. Hot tub was a little funky, it never got up to a good, therapeutic jet intensity. The jets just kinda pushed water out to circular the water in the hot tub. We enjoyed the alone time to hibernate.

The mountain view from the deck was amazing and the location of the cabin was perfect. We especially enjoyed our visitors (bears) that stopped by 3 of the 6 days that we where there. I would definitely recommend this cabin and we will be back same time next year. We love Elk Springs Resort, they are very friendly and we love the discount they give to returning customers.
