In the Pedrucho area, 1ª line of the Mar Menor beach, 100 mts. of the Mediterranean and 4 kms. of urban center.
COMPOSITION:
9-storey apartment building RENOVATED in 2020. They have Type A: living-dining room with single sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. All with TV, washing machine and microwave. WIFI and air conditioning.
AMENITIES:
Elevator, swimming pool (from 01/06) and parking according to availability at 5 € / day (payment at reception). In its surroundings, there are several restaurants, supermarkets, sailing school, windsurfing and canoeing.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Complete equipment (sheets and towels), water, gas and electricity, entrance cleaning, weekly change of clothes and use of the pool.
- Air Conditioning and WIFI.
PARKING:subject to availability on arrival, € 5 / day (payment at reception).
