This place is an incredible find. The location is perfect. Steps from the beach with a spectacular full view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit is clean and well equipped for cooking, cleaning and beach time. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the hall bath is great. Even the pull out couch was comfy. The parking space is close to the elevators and is covered. The unit is close to the elevator but we heard no noise from the elevator. The pool and hot tub were a great place to unwind and make memories. Check-in was simple. We just checked in with the front gate and they directed us to the unit. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The host went above and beyond by reaching out by phone a couple of days ahead of the stay to see if we had any questions on how to check-in or anything else about our stay. Check-in with lock box was simple and easy. The condo was immaculately clean, all linens were new and fresh, kitchen was very nice and well stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, Keurig and drip coffee makers, etc. - it had everything you need. Perfect vacation spot!

View is spectacular and balcony is great spot to eat, read, or just chill. Condo is fine, but needs black out curtains in bedrooms. Mgt. very responsive to requests. Town is full of shops and restaurants, but condo is at the end of a residential point of land, so it is quiet. Minorca amenities are terrific.

Great View/Space... Lacks Basics

We enjoyed the views, space, and location even though it needs some updating. The pools and tennis courts were also nice. The drawback to this place is the lack of basics: ONE dishwasher tab, ONE trash bag, one ply toilet paper, and lack of host response with questions on where to enter property due to Apple Maps and WiFi not working. We also enjoyed an evening walk at New Smyrna Dunes.

The condo was clean and kitchen nicely equipped. Did not like the carpet in the second bedroom. The rest of the place is tile and very nice. Only issue was one toilet was not flushing due to a broken handle and took half our vacation time before it was repaired. Rental company very nice. Just timing was frustrating. Overall wonderful place to stay.

The Inlet is beautiful, but the unit needs a complete renovation.

We stayed in a unit on the tenth floor at the Inlet. The unit overall was dirty and very old. I cleaned the entire unit before we could sleep there. All linens and towels were old. Pillows were stained and needed replaced. Sheets were thread worn and musty smelling. We had problems with the refrigerator turning off for no reason, at least daily. I had to unplug the cord in back of the refrigerator to get it to turn back on. Bathroom showers were moldy, roaches found, furniture stained and falling apart. Lights in bedrooms did not work. Air conditioning did not cool the unit sufficiently. We rented from a company online and the pictures on their website must have been from 10 years ago. I will never rent from this company again. This unit was awful and needs total renovation. The Inlet overall is beautiful and not all units look this way. I have been in other units at the Inlet and they are beautiful. Next time I would only use the on site property rental company and if possible go and look at it first.

Great Spot for NSB Vacation

Superb location with the BEST views overlooking beach, inlet, and river. Minorca property is very high end and if you are a tennis player, you cannot beat the 4 beautiful clay tennis courts. This unit was clean but very dated. There are others that are better decorated and some of the window treatments were downright cheezy! This unit is in the Inlet, which is the oldest of all of the buildings, but with the best views in all of the property. All in all, though, a great spot that we would gladly go back to.
