About this property
Bright penthouse with very large terrace and spectacular frontal sea views
Very cool and bright penthouse with elevator and very large terrace with spectacular frontal views of the sea, the natural reserve of Coto de Doñana and the Chipiona lighthouse, in a privileged location just two minutes walking from the promenade or five minutes walking from the main beach and in the center of Chipiona, where you can relax and enjoy stunning sunsets.
Renovated in May 2018 and fully equipped with new furniture and mattresses as well as all kinds of appliances practically brand new
Thanks to its privileged location, you will be just a few minutes walk from a wide variety and selection of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops or local shops both in the historic center and in the area of the promenade. In addition, and literally less than two minutes on foot, you have at your disposal a supermarket to be able to stock up on everything you need during your holidays.
For your peace of mind, we have hired a local professional to help with the information required by the guests, as well as to clarify questions or facilitate, if necessary, the resolution of any unforeseen event.
