Los Patios de Santa María Golf is an Andalusian-style property located in the Elviria neighborhood of Marbella, just a 5-minute drive from the beach. This charming complex offers modern apartments, two outdoor swimming pools and tropical gardens.

The apartments are surrounded by cork oaks and have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large furnished solarium, living room with WiFi, cable TV and a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, microwave and everything you may need for your comfort.

The Patios de Santa María Golf, are located right next to the Golf and Country Club of Santa María, on the Costa del Sol, and 15 minutes walk from several shopping centers where you will find shops, bars, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, beaches and the interesting adventure park Amazonia, which is the largest adventure park in Andalusia.

We speak Spanish, English, French and we live nearby in case of inconvenience.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), large groups and hairy friends (pets) golf players, next to a famous golf and tennis club. If you need babysitters or want to learn to dance salsa, bachata, kizomba or tango, we have contact with nannies and qualified teachers to meet your needs.

Schöne Wohnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber überwiegend O.K. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Anlage liegt nicht weit (zu Fuß ca. 0,5 Std.) vom Einkaufzentrum von Elviria entfernt. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch zwei Supermärkte. Von unserem Balkon aus konnten wir direkt auf den Pool schauen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.Jetzt zu den Kleiningkeiten:Die Schlüssel für die Wohnung befinden sich in einer Safebox neben der Wohnungstur. Darin war auch der Schlüssel für die Eingangstür des Gebäudes. Also standen wir unten vor der Eingangstür ca. eine 3/4 Stunde, bis uns jemand die Tür aufmachte damit wir in das Gebäude und an die Schlüssel für die Wohnung kamen. So sollte ein Check-in eigentlich nicht sein.Die Küche ist einigermaßen ausgestattet. Das Besteck ist allerdings unterste Qualitätsstufe. Was mich am meisten geärgert hat, war die Tassimo Kaffeemaschine.Das ist die umweltschädlichste und teuerste Methode Kaffee zu kochen und schmeckt auch nicht. Im Schlafzimmer 2 konnte man die Türen nicht verriegeln. Die Haken für die Verriegelung sind abgebrochen. Das scheint wohl ein allgemeines Problem zu sein, denn vor ein paar Jahren haben wir in der benachbarten Anlage gewohnt, da war es genauso. Zum Schluß noch ein paar Worte zu den Balkonmöbeln. Wir waren ja nur zu zweit, aber wie sollen an dem kleinen Tisch bis zu 5 Personen beim Frühstück sitzen. Und die Stühle waren einfach nur unbequem und luden nicht zum längeren Verweilen ein.
