The apartment is located in the Val Fleuri district, an 8-minute walk from shops and restaurants and a 5-minute drive from the seaside and the beaches. A self-service bike station is nearby as well as a SNCF train station and bus stops for Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse. The airport is 5 km away.
You will have private parking in the secure residence
